I've been facing little challenges trying to send files from one system to another via homegroup. I need guide on how to go about it. And again why can't I change an existing user name to mine, must I format it first? I just bought the laptop from someone.

Check the display cable from board to the screen remove and clean the port

Also, try cmos resetting the board. There is a small battery "lithium ion" on the board remove it for 5 minutes and put it back.

Attach it to an external monitor bro and see the image still appear that way on the ext monitor

Have you tried connecting to an external monitor or screen and see if it still behaves the same way? Try that and let me have your feedback
