CHAIRMAN1: @Chairman1 Double Congrats on completing you MSc, you've now become a bonafide asset. However, Ask Not what P&G can do for you, instead Ask and focus on what YOU can do for P&G, have this mind set and all else will work in unison to reward your efforts. 1 Like |
Properties / Re: Fast Track Home Ownership @i Pent Estate Lokogoma District,near Apo,fct Abuja by nbem2008: 2:23pm On May 18, 2010 |
srproperty: @srproperty I'm assuming this is a mass housing allocation, and NOT a private estate. I have the following questions: The prices you quoted, do they include infrastructure and other fees, or are there other fees involved that you did not state here? Does the price cover for digout, architectural/engineering drawings, legal and security fees? Do you have: Offer/Allocation letter from the Govt. to the Original Developer, Lease Agreement btwn the Govt. and original developer, and the Govt approved architectural and engineering drawings? |

There is absolutely NOTHING "state of the art" about this property. There's NO architectural nor engineering marvel about it. It looks archaic both in design and workmanship. |

@deliceshop The pictures of what you do here are quite impressive. But I perused your website, the level of grammatic errors there does not give a visitor enough confidence about your abilities and proffesionalism. You should get a profficient person to edit your website so you can be presented well. Trust me, all these little things count a whole lot. And there was nothing about your furniture business on your website, instead you were advertising Guinness, charcoal, cashew nuts on your site. Good luck! 3 Likes |

@Calabaman What is the total land size of the entire estate? What is the total number of residential plots in the estate? What other facilities, if any, do you have planned for the estate (Like Playground, gym, pool, supermarket etc)? Will the estate be serviced and with what (Water, stand-by power etc)? What are the payment terms? |

Sports / Re: Nigeria Vs Zambia: Super Eagles Win On Penalties (Nations Cup) by nbem2008: 9:57pm On Jan 25, 2010 |
Nigeria poses NO danger to these Zambia boys. Nigerians as usual a playing with their big-boy-we already won mentality, while the Zambians are more hungry, purposeful, dedicated and focused. While Nigeria players are playing for themselves and with ONLY their ego in mind (except for Odemwigwe and Enyama), Zambians are playing with their country, fans and careers in mind. Zambia deserves to win this game by a wide margin. |
Politics / Re: Ex-abia Gov Sets Up Varsity by nbem2008: 5:38pm On Jan 25, 2010 |
Establishing a University is just the same as establishing a business. These guys will be making a lot of money from it, unless the school is tuition free. Imagine the number of students these schools will attract, then mutiply that by the tuition charged, you'll then see that they're not doing the society any favours. Besides, only rich people can afford these private varsities, but then go visit any of the state or federal universities, you'll witness the cesspool most of them have become, that's what's left for students from poor families. Nigeria, one step forward and ten steps backwards. |
Properties / Re: Lagos Landlords: Collect More Than 3 Months Advance And Go To Jail/n100k Fine. by nbem2008: 1:46am On Jan 24, 2010 |
selingel: @Selingel Did you even read and understand that article before you posted the link to it as proof of the claims you made? The link you posted is NOT a citation nor an actual legal quotation of a subsisting law. Secondly, the article was talking about rent control relative to rent ceiling precisely. Maybe you should educate yourself first, then you'll have a better comprehension of the case in point. Here's the claime you made; selingel:Common sense should tell you that Lagos state, or anyother legislative body for that matter will not be proposing a bill that already exists as law in the same context and form. I am still waiting for you to prove what you claimed. Copying and pasting, or posting an unrelated link you didn't even read and understand clearly does NOT substitute as factual proof, but just another arrant nonsence from you. |

Guys PLEASE, this is a BILL and NOT a law yet. I see some of you are based in UK and USA, still you seem not to be able to differentiate these 2. So what the heck have you been able to learn all the while? |

If you don't have an MBA with at least 2 yrs experience, or have ran a business successfully for at least 5 yrs, you should not be responding to this tread. This is because whatever your advice will be, is purely based on your personal feelings, beliefs or worse. Definitely Not based on any advanced knowledge, experience or training. |
