You left your comment open to alot of interpretation.I sense an indirect attempt on your side to justify his contemptible act.Even if affordable and adequate healthcare are made available to the masses,people will still patronise chemists.Not every ailment requires you go to the hospital for treatment.You just need to get drugs from a reputable chemist shop in your vicinity,take it and you get back on your feet in a matter of days.Moreover,there are genuine chemists out there.
But this wicked young man decided out of his own volition to trade in fake drugs to defraud people.Thst has nothing to do with the inaccessibility of effective healthcare to the masses

Read my post all over again... I started outrightly by condemning him for what he is, a fraud. Dat is in no way a justification of his act.. He enjoys d patronage he gets becos like I mentioned, ppl barely have access to AFFORDABLE and ADEQUATE healthcare services.. Affordable becos most can't afford d cost of going for a test and den d subsequent treatment required and Adequate becos we know d state of most of our primary healthcare at those levels... U do realise U aren't supposed to self medicate and shldnt get drugs without prescription which is standard practice.. There's nothing like a genuine Chemist which is why pharmacies are required to have a qualified Pharmacist. D guy wasn't caught with fake drugs but controlled drugs which are not sold over d counter and dat is what every "Genuine Chemist" like U call dem does.
