Both Naphtha and fuel oil are by products of the whole distillation process. One would expect that the main products should also be in the market since we may not necessarily have a need for these wastes

This won't reduce brain drain in anyway. Nigerians going to the UK to study aren't really going to study but just want an opportunity to work and study while bringing their families along. The actual brain drain are through the skilled visa they issue to professionals and those are still very much in vogue

Despite the groaning economic conditions, all the govt comes up with is tax, tax, tax. Somehow some morons still expect prices of commodities and services to come down simply because forex is slowly coming down. How about cost of production

When your fuel pump is bad, it still works but begins to act up when it gets hot. For some cars you'll need to open your fuel tank for a while for the car to even start again after it's worked for a while. Like someone stated, you bought bad fuel somewhere and that brought the problems from the pump. Get an injector cleaner as well bur you'll need to change your pump
