Foreign Affairs / Re: Haiti: Martina Moise Connived With Police Chief To Murder Husband - Judge by Nbote(m): 10:17am On Feb 20
It was always suspect how that number of supposed colombian assasins over ran the Presidential Palace, killed the President and yet somehow none of the guards were killed. Funny thing was when I was the First Lady being carried out in supposedly "critical condition" and days later she was in the middle of take over plans, it just became obvishe had a hand in it

Politics / Re: Why Hate Igbos? Instead Of Voting Obi, They Voted Tinubu, Now They Are Lamenting by Nbote(m): 10:16am On Feb 20
JagabanB:
Two policies placed Nigeria where it is today.
Obi and Atiku said emphatically they were going to do same thing when they assume office.
So the obidents clapping for Obi when he said it thought that fuel will reduce to 100/L when subsidy is removed?
Or naira will exchange for #1 to a $1 when it's floated?
Nobody in his right señsès wiII vote Obi, nobody who knew Anambra will vote Obi and most importantly nobody who's not swayed by trîbè and religîon will vote Obi.

Aha here you are again. Thought as much

Is it wórsè than Benue State?
The SE who loves taIking about how Benue is dèàd and cañ't still depend heavily on food from Benue.
If trucks don't move from Benue to SE in a month, famine will start.
I know alot of people living in the interiors of Niger and they carry about their lives normally.
The point is that farming will still on in Niger, some of u just have probIem with anything done from other regions so u find any reason to critîcizè.

I stopped the moment I came across your mention of SE in the conversation and then I took a moment to go through your other reaponses. Una go dey alright on the long run. Oh by the way I'm currently in Niger state and fund an agrobusiness that involves sourcing produces from major local markets on their market days. The likes of you just spew whatever you are told and believe everyone who comments online does so from the sycophantic point of view some of you do. Have fun with your multiple monikers
Agriculture / Re: Niger State To Share 300 Tractors To Farmers by Nbote(m): 9:13am On Feb 20
Where will they use the tractors Has the Governor combated the insecurity that has overrun his state

JagabanB:

Boko Haram is ravaging Nigerîà, that's the idea South Africans and other people have about Nigeria, is Boko Haram ravaging everywhere?
That's the answer to your question.

More than 50% of Niger state is currently under the control of bandits. Areas like Suleja and Sabon Wuse is now a haven for refugees fleeing their villages. The few who are farming are paying taxes to these bandits. Even the governor came out recently (last year) to lament about his state now being overrun

They all campaigned together during the campaign season. He promised to continue from where Buhari stopped. His current Chief of Staff was the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Anyone trying to exonerate this govt and it's officials from the last administration are all moving mad

Politics / Re: FG, Cement Manufacturers Agree On N7,000 To N8,000 For 50kg Per Bag by Nbote(m): 10:42pm On Feb 19
Now the question is this, what did the govt offer them to now make it possible to sell for between 7,000 to 8,000? Will the cost of production and all those things they listed suddenly be fixed or they inflated prices to rip Nigerians?

Hahahahahahahahaha..The sooner Nigerians realise that the govt(dangote is inclusive) are playing Kalu Kalu with Nigerians, the better for us all. Suddenly everyone has forgotten BUA announced slash of cement prices that was supposed to commence in January. They suddenly jacked up prices to over 10k so that they eventually settle for an increased price above where it was before

Politics / Re: Food Crisis: Maize, Sorghum Prices Drop As Major Feed Producers Suspend Purchase by Nbote(m): 3:29pm On Feb 19
This report is funny. The high cost of these grains is why these companies are halting purchases. These grains are now high because farmers are suffering from security challenges and have been paying taxes to bandits while suffering losses and damages occasioned by herdsmen who ravage their farms to feed their livestock. Some farmers who do not have storage facilities will resort to selling off at a loss to eat in the meantime while those who have will simply store their grains and wait

Our major protest against hunger and hardship is to storm farm with all our might. It's a shame that we can't feed ourselves. Governments have their own fault but citizens must ready to be productive.

See ehn, some of you are lucky the internet is faceless so you can afford to type the first things that come to your heads. My friend Wale is currently jobless for over a year now after losing over 3 farms with investments running into millions due to insecurity in Plateau and Kaduna. Like man abandoned hectares of farm investment without taking a pin. Severally his farms were set ablaze by marauding herdsmen who were battling with indigenes for land and he was caught in the middle. I swear if he hears this nonsense you wrote here, he'll swear for you amd your generation

MASTERCHIEF0847:

So cost of production has remained the same for cement manufacturers while everything else is on the increase?
Make una dey use una brain before making a comment abeg.

Dangote enjoys tax relief from the government. Limestone and other materials used for production is sourced locally and not imported. Cost of production alone is not enough for him to triple the price of his cement. It's funny how everyone blames farmers for hoarding grains and inflating prices for commodities but yet no one is talking about people like Dangote for doing same
