The Portuguese was accused last year by the Spanish state prosecutor on four counts of tax fraud valued at 14.7 Million Euros. The tax fraud was stipulated to be within 2011-2014 year.

In simple and plain English he agreed to plead guilty to pay a reduced tax sentence and while covering all d legal charges and fines attached.. I'm sure U still won't understand dat...

We know most of dem are after their own pockets and selfish interests... But one thing was made clear, all of dem have grievances against d govt.. Same way most Nigerians also do and dat is worth celebrating...

OP u are even asking d wrong questions.. D govt isn't investing d money in d project. They claim it's private sector driven.. D question is why dey'll pass up on d opportunity to upgrade and fix d already existing refinery in Kaduna dat will refine our crude and instead look for private investors to set up a refinery in katsina dat will refine only their crude but will eventually still be extended to Kaduna...
