Lemme rephrase jus mayb U will understand... The Abuja-Kaduna expressway is a kidnap hotspot. But for some reasons there aren't new or more security checkpoints on the route. There were security reports from early last year warning of mass movements of armed men into forests in Niger State and around Abuja yet there weren't security mobilized into those areas, no proactive measures were taken and now dey have gotten out of hand and despite all these ur complaints is about our criticism and not the govt reactive instead of proactive measures??
