My situation is a little different from yours. I renewed my rent on the 25th of February, so my rent is supposed to expire on the 25th of February 2026. Landlord served me a 3 months quit notice on the 8th of July,that I should leave the apartment on it before the 28th of September, because he wants to use the apartment and the he would refund the remaining amount left on the rent.

I’m seeking legal advice on the right step to take. Any property lawyer in the house should kindly give his/her take on this issue.

This is not financial advice, but if I were you, nothing would ever make me sell it now. Especially now when majority have started doubting and panicking all trying to dump their coins, market always does the opposite of what majority or herds are doing.

It's not dancing, we are just in a balanced market currently, the buyers and the sellers couldn't push price further before being countered with same or almost equal amount of orders.

The sellers orders are being absorbed by lots of passive long orders, the only reason why price hasn't broken downwards for the past 5days, the issue now is the sellers are beginning to give up, so don't be surprised when you see price push upwards to 100k tomorrow.

I bought when it was 105k, I was hoping to recover some funds but it keeps disappointing. I almost sold when it was 93k because of fear of a very aggressive bear run. Now I’m stuck, and the Naira/$ rate has made it worst too.

I won't advise you to short BTC right now or for the next two weeks based on the daily timeframe selling volume dying off already. I would be looking for long opportunity if I were you.

Secondly, wait for this 4hr candle in the second image to close, and the next so I can tell you if to buy and where to keep your stop if you do not mind, but that will be in the next 6hours.

Swing shorting BTC right now is suicide, it may sell later this month as the impending buy could be a retracement, I can't tell, but what I can tell right now is, in the next few days, it is long as the sellers currently are extremely exhausted.

Why is BTC dancing around 97, 96, 95k? If it wants to continue its bear run then it should go ahead or better start a bullish run make we rest abeg.

Ranging. You can see the monthly candles each. The last one is February. Although I must admit that I didn't expect February's candle to be filled that quick even though it opened on a bearish note. That was too fast.

What may happen at this stage for the rest of the month may be a hammer candlestick because we just started the month, or another pushup to reach close to 110k.



Also, I don't expect ETH to drop that big with that long wick for just a normal retrace for BTC. Anyway, holders are safe.

Just know the market is ranging and play along...until they decide to send it really up.
