Good day Fam. So I was using my phone just a moment ago and while I was typing a message on WhatsApp, My note 8 just went went off and started back immediately. I haven't experienced this before now and no Xiaomi user here has had that complain.

As a professional, these are established and accepted communication channel in which the corporation upheld.

At this critical stage which is either congratulations or otherwise, the channel of communication will also be what have been used earlier.(SMS and/or email)

So I don't even get the fuse about this portal thing that some people just want to bring confusion.

My engineer checked all the parts and saw that the problem is from the board. And can't work on it because that may result in total damage and packing up of the system. He advised that I continue to manage it until I get a new one.
