I am sorry if my post offended you..what you said are very true,but I and my father were discussing this issue and my dad told me that ali was a good man and hardly touched public fund but the money who was jailed for was the money he used in bribing some government and top people then when he wanted to locate the state university at ekpoma he settled them from that money when the army took over those that he settled even left him to his faith it is true that it was esama that settled is bill..this is the little I knw my father said when they paid him a visit after he was released from prison that was when He told them what happened and how those He settled betrayed him and how he got all kind of sickness.

If you do the maths, the foolish governor spent in the region of over 60 Million naira for the stupid publications that only compound PDP and Jonathan woes.

PHD is different from MSC and BSc because you spend the entire years of your PHd working under a professor on your thesis,,,,,it has a minimum of four years,,,so in that four years, you are to work on your thesis,,witout the thesis, there is no PHD
And the PHD has to be published for people to read and make reference to.
since the invention of the internet, people started publishing there PhD thesis online,,, so GEJ phd ought to be online

I have a B.ENG in Civil Engineering, Would start my MSc on Structures in a few months time.......
I doubt if someone with my Qualifications would have issues reading and understanding a thesis in Zoology
