It is not all hosting company in Nigeria that is listed on that site.
You need to use tool like http://www.dailychanges.com/ to know the number of domain that is hosted on the server of the hosting company using their domain name
I just check that of utiware.net they host about 3,162 domains where as they are not listed on the said site you are using.

Na wa for this county. Things not always go the rite way. I still don't know why they need to have fixed charges paid I saw it on my bill too they deduct the amount from any amourt you paid plus VAT
