I hope you can follow due process as posted on this group. Do your part of securing a job first as I noticed a thread you created about an agent helping you to secure work in Germany which I doubt is real. Be guarded and guided, do google search on work available in Germany or states in Germany. If you have the professional experience and you are sure of your capabilities, with God on your side, you will achieve your goals. Do not go and waste your 2.7 million naira.

umunnagree:
Thanks so much for your reply. Please I followed the link. I noticed that the person seeking for skilled immigration most be a qualified professional hence I have these questions to ask please:
a. I studied civil engineering here in Nigeria
And have HND am I eligible to apply for skilled immigration?
b. Must I have a job offer in Germany before applying for the Visa.

Please no vex say I dey worry you, it just I that don't much about travel procedure. Thanks.

Well on my part, I did not have to get my degrees done via Anabin as I am a HND and PGD holder. In addition, my work is more on professional certification based, sort of an extra prof/license based training, so I did not required anabin.
So am not really sure on how the Anabin thing works but you can email them that your degree is equivalent to German academic and am sure, you will be directed on the steps to follow. I hope this helps.

flowsneh:
Dear NDT,

Please how did you go about the process of getting your degree recognized? I have checked Anabin and my university is listed there. My course is listed under another university on Anabin however.

Thank you.

Just go with enough funds from 36k to 50k, that way you are covered from price that might be given.

Hi All,

It all depends on the verification. It can be as quick as 5days to 3weeks and above.

seunoni34:

Congrats!!! Just resend a copy of your travel insurance and dates as a reply to the email. When was your interview? If I may ask?
Maybe the dates on your travel insurance needs to start at a different date from the previous one submitted at the interview.

Geedhey:
Please I want to know what else to send if I have submitted all the required documents during interview including travel insurance and passport. Buti just got mail requesting for the same set of documents with travel date. I know it's a generic mail but I would like to know if I still need to send anything to them or just reply the mail with travel date which already is indicted in the submitted travel insurance.

Please any advice on this, my appointment is for next week. I need to clarify this and know the quickest actions to take on it.

Can you please advise? The date on my FSLC and WAEC are the same but different from the age on my original DOB on the international passport. However, I have done my age declaration which is deposed by my father. Do I still need to do an affidavit to cover for the wrong DOB on the FSLC/WAEC? Thanks

The Original pre-approval from the FEA will be presented at the appintment[color=#990000:

[/color]]I am applying for a visa via the fast track procedure, it has been approved and I have my appointment date. My question is that would I go to the Visa appointment with the pre-approval document. I was told the document will be shared with the embassy by the local authority in Munich. So I want to confirm is that how it is done?

Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate. I am residing in Lagos and I wouldn't mind a PM to talk further about it:
The head of family can be your mom or dad or brother or sister if parents are late

You can do that in Lagos or Abuja I have someone that can help you get it if you’re not in Lagos he helped me

And your head or family just need to sign it but you cannot get it before tomorrow

Good evening everyone,
I need clarity on an issue. I am applying under the work category and have every document ready. However, the declaration of age to be deposed by the head of the family is where I need clarity. The lawyer I got to do the declaration of age, said I am above the age of 18 and already an adult, that I can only deposed it by myself.

Please I need an advise, as most of the dates of birth on my FSLC and WAEC certificates are different from the original DOB on the international passport. All these are not my fault but you know how the people in charge of data input can be especially with DOB.

I need candid advise as I want to book my visa appointment for tomorrow.

Thank you.

Good morning everyone, I have gone through the threads from page 1 to page 73, and to be honest, I gained quite insightful knowledge.

I have received a job offer from a company and during my research, I noticed that the "skilled worker visa" is what am qualified for. Having further researched into the BLUE CARD, I noticed it is for those that graduated from a University (Degrees). In my own case, I am an HND and PGD holder with professional certification from an Approved Training Organization outside Nigerian which covers the whole of Europe and the UK.

I will like to enquire if there will be a need for any foreign education equivalency? This is actually the point where am getting it all confusing.

Thank you as I await kind response and guidiance.
historybrow:
Hello Everyone, I need some questions answered.
So I got a job. And I am going to apply for a Blue card. The initial plan was that the company would get approval so I can apply under the "Skilled Immigration Act" for fast-tracking it. But I was able to get an appointment for the beginning of September for the Blue Card Category.
My question is this, would it be ok for me to follow the normal processing since I got a date that is 3 weeks away. Is there any unnatural delay to be expected (I mean would it take longer than normal because of the pandemic, or my processing time won't be affected), how long is the processing time for Blue Card.
Thanks.
Ps. I have read from November 2020 till date. no similar case exists. the work visa guys (about 3-5 found) all applied under the "Skilled Immigration Act".
