Yesterday i went for and interview that i was invited for, i took the test and was told i did excellently well but wont be recommended for the job because I don't have the three years experience they are looking for.
This is the question i have been asking myself since then
1.How would the inexperienced get the desired experience when they are not given the opportunity to work?

2. How would the inexperienced get the desired experience needed if recruiters are looking out for experienced persons with minimum of 5 years experience and shouldn't be more than 28 years? am younger though
