@justwise, i am not an agent but just so curious on relevant information about these european countries, one should learn from others before taking any leap abroad.am doing this not for my own good alone but also for others as well.lets share information and knowledge rather than posting inciting and unwholesome remarks. i have got no time for trivialities. so only welcome great minds to share their ideas and experiences, |
@ jaga jaga, i am not here to exchange banters with anyone.all i want from great nairalanders in this forum is knowledge and experience sharing not just for me but also for others. i am only interested in meaningful contributions that would improve the lifes of those nigerians who have genuine reason(s) of schooling abroad. Please more meaningful contributions from others are needed.lets share ideas. |
I would implore any one on this forum to tell me more studying in italy for a masters programme.also, how does one go about authenticating his documents at the italian embassy here in nigeria. what about work opportunities for international students.meaningful contributions are needed. |
, i initiated this in order for us to all to share experiences and in tandem get good learning points, pls its time we stopped destructive criticisms of some persons, we should channel our energies and zest towards knowlege sharing, i for one wants to learn most especially fron nairalanders based in europe, |
@mikyangel, am yet to see your invitation on faceboook. whats is your skype id?i do like to keep in contact with you, @others, lets continually share ideas that would be of help, criticisms are most welcome but it got to be constructive, |
@gametalk, i got the admission on my own, agents are exploitative in nature , just go to the school website and every information is there for you to decipher, although,i should say i got mine via God's favor, I just seek info on Poland economy and its attractiveness to foreigners, are there really job opportunities per se for international students, even though the course am going for its english taught based, wouldn't langauage be a barrier? i need constructive feedbacks on some of these issues raised preferably by those based and schooling ova there or in any eastern european country. |
Niaralanders, lets keep this topic burning, more contributions are needed, |
, for every one who has contributed, i must not fail to say kudos to you all, what is important in life is focus, i dont see poland as an eldorado but a good means to achieve a purpose and move on, its a known fact that poland is by far better off than Naija, schooling over there is equally cheaper compared to the UK,Canada,Australia and ultimately Yankee, i just want to use it as a leverage to better myself academically, socially, globally and definitely move on to better places, am still exploring on other countries like Luxembourg,Germany,Estonia and Norway for my Masters programme, for now I have gotten my admission to university of warsaw with little or no hassles, @mikyangel you are yet to add me on facebook as well as yahoo messenger, pls kindly connect me, |
@mikkyangel, thank you for your incisive contribution to this topic. I do like to know if you have added me on facebook. Lets equally chat more via Yahoo Messenger. I equally appreciate everyone that has contributed to this topic and welcome more honest contributions to this topic. |

Pls I do like to meet with any Nigerian based student in Poland.I have been offered admission to a 2-year master's programme in the University of Warsaw,so I really do like to ask some fundamental questions :-are there work opportunities there?how receptive are polish people to blacks?is the economy really buoyant? Pls I need serious minded, articulate cum knowlegeable nairalanders to help me address some of these questions.I would appreciate if I can get to meet any nairalander based in the country.Thank you. |
@creamberry,which course do you intend doing?my mail addy is ned4christ@yahoo.com, expect your mail.i have sent my applications already. |
@ creamberry, how far have you gone with your application process?Do me a mail. @lordbanky, which of the programmes are you applying fo? get in touch as well. Luxembourgh has a lot to offer being one of the financial hubs in europe. It is definitely not an eldorado but would be a good place to start off even though the language could be a barrier but I believe barriers are meant to overcome,it all depends on wwhat one really wants. Let us keep in touch. |
its posssible for a student to work in luxembourgh,as regards cost of living is on the high side likewise standard of living.give and take the economy is flourishing and offers so much for international students. |
@ creamberry, i have made my own msc application to the university of luxembourg, the programme starts by sept.,2010hings are .its an english taught based professional masters programme that spans for a year.which school and programme have u applied for?i have consulted belgian embassy via email and got a positive feedback from the embassy.let me have ur email address so that we can keep in touch better.luxembourgh economy is vibrant from my studies so far about the small country though things are quite on the high side as well. |
Pls may i know the msc programme you intend applying for or rather the course u were offered in Luxemborgh becos am equally interested in doing my Msc over there. All the same you should check on Belgian embassy for info on Luxembourgh visa. |
i need relevant infos on the subject matter. I just want to know how to go about applying for their visa knowing fully well that the country's embassy is not in Naija. Do you know whether Blgian embassy gives out Luxembourgh's visa?I would appreciate the help of anyone who has an idea on this. |
Can any one in this hreat forum help me out on how to get Luxembourgh visa here in Nigeria. Doyou know of any embassy here in Nigeria that gives Luxembourgh visa?Pls I need all your urgent response(s) |
Pls I do like to know the standard of Polish education. Can any member of this forum that is based in europe tell me more about education in poland since I am contemplationd doing my masters over there. Also, how receptive are polish to non-whites and the opportunities inherent over there?in terms of working while schooling?pls i need relevant feedbacks and not backlashes on this topic . |
@ Jokubas, so you advise I should try Sweden but I didnt apply to Studera.nu for Autumn 2010 admission. so that for know is not longer feasible thats the more reason i wanted to know about estonia and the opportunities it offers to non-eu students because I am hoping Tallinn university would offer me a admsission for Msc Cybersercurity and perhaps a scholarship alongside it. I just want to know if there are opportunities there? |
@ jocubbas, your post seems to be very old! i need recent information on the coutry if you have any. |
are there no opportunities for non-eu students doing their masters to work?also tell me more their attitude to blacks? |
In response to the last comment made by Jocubas,I do like to know the attitude of EStonians towards blacks. How bourgeoning is Estonian economy mostly in terms of work opportunities for non-eu students? |
