I now have to step down and ask one of them , as if I want to buy something. that thing IDC is constructing at Oka is not even a Flyover/tunnel but just an ordinary Overpass. you can't call this a flyover. then what would you call that one a Agip junction or Rumola junction PH? i have seen others states flyover bit this ones is not it... Nobody can really tell your true intention, but i can say that I agree with you on the lack of road sweeping culture. Also, the culture of not marking roads.
It will probably take the second coming of Christ for many of our people to see anything wrong with those.
I will however credit Peter Obi with starting the culture of building gutters along the roads he builds. Before him, [b]even the roads Ngige constructed had no gutters, which drastically reduced the life span of the roads.[/] Perhaps Obiano will introduce the culture of street sweeping again in Anambra.
