To be frank Nearly i slip inside one big & wide gutter 12ft deep and 15ft wide while dodging one reckless okada man on peoples path way ... Hawkers are running race with the luxurious and coastal buses... Just day before yesterday come see Accident. crushed road sides sellers on Friday. Ikengawo: our people are very short sighted. Sometimes it amazes me but you're right. They can't see it this way. They know about money but not economics. We're not strategic at all and have a hard time looking at the bigger picture. I always get frustrated when my own Orlu people want to create an Orlu state for no reason. It's not as if we're marginalized because we have dominated the governorship, but Owerri of course will get more attention than Orlu because it's the capital. Break the two away will create 2 weak capitals because there's strength in numbers but we're so short sighted that this doesn't make sense. This is the only reason I question Biafra, or nature is very short sighted and vision to see beyond the immediate reality is limited. We're good realists but you can't always be a realist if you want to change your reality. I see the same problem in many SE states. Anyone in Abia that governs and neglects Aba just because they're not from there is a fool. Aba has the power to transform the entire former east region. When you go to Anambra, the same second class status is given to Onitsha. It's only Enugu that pays attention to it's best shot at greatness.

very funny you are talking of onitsha status as being second class whan Awka would be called what? First class? Hahah! Onitsha is even far better than that so called Awka.... As it stance now noting to write home about. Our politicians lacks common foresight and focus to put in place and work together for a common goal. My friends in PH haven't hard and knw where Awka is.... Is only owerri and Enugu. And that keeps one wondering whether 042 (coal city) and O-Town (heartland city) is the only viable city in SE...... They only knw Onitsha as dirty "market square" but thank i God for the new administration. We need to wake up and the old shuld pave way for the youth to attain the mantle... The likes of Ojir and Elechi shuld pipe low lets put our house in order and other pple would like to identify with us....

@nedu09, you can contact the school explaining your position so that you can clear any doubt but I feel physics should do. There are some other Engineering courses in NOUN that should have similar curriculum with mechanical Eng. especially in the fresher year since that's the only result you need. Nevertheless, contact your school.

Dnt you fink the VO would ask me why i diverted from my career or course as it would show i studied Mech Engin? ... And secondly is it possible for me to change course from physics to mechanical... If is possible i would give it a second thought. but if is not then too risky cos I still hold Mech at high esteem. I did my industrial traning at Total E&P NIG Upstream. and my Romanian boss told me to finish out well and come back for a slot. but i can't enter there with physics certificate that's why am striving hard...the discrepancy is much won't the VO think i have a plan? i wrote WAEC 2008 and preparing for 2016 season After one two semesters 2015... My problem is can i still port back to engineering after i had gone for physics at rhein waal? Guys help a beg....

Nedu09 am not sure they will accept an uncompleted HND degree (what is now the use when its incomplete). Just as the 'holy' one commented, is better you contact the school.
However, here is my humble opinion/suggestion:
I think when assessing your suitability for a course, they consider the subjects you have taken, thus, the request for your transcripts. I don't really know whether they accept physics for Mechanical Engineering or not, the school should be in the best position to see whether the courses you passed in your undergraduate qualifies you.
Alternatively, the best and safest option for you is to take other courses in NOUN which are obviously very similar to what is available in Rhine Waal.
For instance, NOUN offers Computer and Mathematics (combined), communications Technology, and computer science. These courses should be able to qualify you for courses like Mechatronics System Eng. (or something like that), Science communications, Electronics or even the mechanical Eng. Also, I think you are at liberty to choose more than two courses in Rhine Waal and at least one of them should accept you with any of those NOUN courses listed above.
I hope you get more contributions from others and hope you find this helpful.

2. Enroll thyself into Geothe institute, to learn German B1 level in one year and seek thee an admission into a student college or Abitur in Germany then proceed into a university there.
3. check Mexico, Malaysia (cheap but thou canst not work legally with thy student visa, Ukraine (cheap but poor), check Norway and Finland (no tuition but needest thou N1.8-2m in a blocked account)
4. Portugal doth offer good courses at good tuition but hath high financial requirement for visa and it hath a poor economy as I write upon this thread.

I beg guys if i may ask, any different between Ordinary National Diploma and National Diploma. Because somebody here said u can apply with ND and recently i saw OND not accepted. This not Clear to me. I beg throw light

IllCheez: @Nedu09, just in addition to what @Eke40seven said. If you are already studying in Denmark or already completed studies there, you can also take one set of transcripts from your University, then photocopy as much as you want. Then take it back to the student's office to stamp and sign them for you and they are as good as the original. That was the same I used in applying to all the universities I applied to even though I did not use UniAssist but I applied to many countries. Best Wishes!
