I have not paid for my WES but I have received ref number. I don't know if I am on the right track for ECA? I saw where someone said ref will come after payment. Plus it is showing doc by doc evaluation.



2. I am confuse as per requirement of wes on names arrangement. My sch cert hasmy name(A), Middle name(B) and surname (C)=ABC
But my cipm cert has it the other way round CAB.
PLease would it affect my evaluation?

I have search for related topic but couldn't see anything about name mis matching here.

Before I start, I would like to say that I do more of(95%) ticketing and hotel accommodation for my Coy, but the offer letter says Admin/Ticketing officer.

Job Descriptions;

1. Booking and issuance of flight tickets;In'l, local of over 5000 employees(Expatriates). Reason why I was asked to focus on Ticketing bkos of the size n volume of work
2. Coordinating/Supervising/Making(relieving with the travelling agents(5) and getting the best quote for the coy
3. Making of Hotel reservations
4. Check of Invoices(Hotels and travelling agents)submitted for payments.
5. Making a report; weekly, monthly and daily basis as the case maybe.
6. Office requisition supplies(mostly Stationaries)
7. Supervising/Making(relieving someone) of MIS data and entry
8. Coordination of Airport protocol and clearance on daily basis with the drivers and protocol officer.
9. Informing the employees/Passengers of flight cancellations or time date.
10. Ensure smooth operation of office equipments and machinery, arrange for maintenance and repair.
11.Resolve work related problems
12.Other admin related duties or purchases.
