WizardOfNG: We don't have to make noise and roll around on the floor dramatically like you lot.
We will handle it. Once State/regional policing is in place then best believe SW is marching forward at the speed of light.
As things stands, those who want Nigeria's security architecture unmodernised, non intelligence-based, and without DNA-centric optimised capacity to destroy crime, will always get success.
Stop fooling yourself and attempting to decieve others because you are desperate to see an Igbo Presidency. Intelligent Nigerians know the solutions. They also know why those solutions are not been implemented as quickly as possible.
Nigeria's major woes did not start in 2023, when PBAT became President, and won't end when he leaves.
Our challenges will only get resolved when intelligent Nigeria commit to consistently learning the nature of our problems and supporting the medium to long term solutions needed to make our nation a developed one.
You guys claim to be educated yet, how long do you think it took China to get where they are today after serious precious challenges? 3 years you are giving Tinubu to turn Nigeria into Dubai?
The North, for example, should be forced to end the Almajiri system asap and face perhaps a two children per family population control policy China adopted ( one child limit) to deal with a difficult period where China's huge population was became a threat to the economic prospect of the nation.
Yet, can we have such a conversation in Nigeria? No. Not possible. Yet you lot who are supposedly the educated class keep being emotional about everything and shouting Tinubu up and down.
Nigeria and Nigerians aren't ready for solutions. Blame culture and dislike of yourselves means you like to put blame on other and singular individuals (Tinubu) for solutions provisions we must all be a part of. You just like to type grammar. Tax law took less than 2 years to become law and implementation started immediately but state police is taking forever. Even if timibu wins a second term he won't do jack because he will starting plotting against 2031 election |

obedience4: It was a strategic blunder for Putin to unilaterally invade Ukraine...the consequences of his actions can't be quantified.. the war in Ukraine is Putin's biggest bungle in his Ironclad rule on the Russian state!!!..
Russia lost her deterrence!! Lost her respect!! And became a vassal to China... Putin's war had made Russia lost her peer to peer relationship between her and China... Xi right now can single handedly pull the plug under Russia economy
A more non-kinetic operation would have been carried in Ukraine!! Using the CIA playback in Libya!!
Bro a fully armed Ukraine without restrictions early in the war would have driven the Russians out of Ukraine!!! The blame goes to Biden and his team.. give the Ukrainians the weapons they needm.. Old man was busy dragging his feet!!! and that 🤡 in Hungary who was actively blocking military aid to Ukraine via the EU!! Thus limiting the ability of the Ukrainians to fight!!!!
Guy if this Ukraine were given the go ahead to target assets inside Russia and longer range missiles were given in time.. no be wetin we they talk so... no be one hour ceasefire Putin for they beg for!!
You see this Ukraine ennh.. them go worry Russia for future!! As soon as the war ends!! This Ukraine will be more belligerent than before!! They will become the pinnacle when it comes to drone assassination!!.. Those occupied parts of Ukraine would be a hot bed for drone attacks.... not only that the Ukrainian defence industry will also become one of the best in Europe.. especially in long range missiles... those Ukrainian ingeniously made long range missiles the flamingos will be enhanced!!!.. the next war between Ukraine and Russia would be instigated by the Ukrainians.. make the war end.. they will start the process of rearmament!!.. unlike in 1994 when Ukraine gave up her nukes by signing the Budapest Memorandum, nobody can stop this present Ukraine from developing whatever weapons she deem fit!!!
A war meant to project strength has become a pointer to Russia weakness And Russia will be looking while Ukraine is assasinating his leaders? Russia will stop developing weapons after the war while Ukraine will be developing weapons. Ukraine received 350 billion dollars weapons from America and 200 billion euros worth of weapons from nations. 17 mobilisation. Yet you say Biden did not arm them. They got himars, acatms, storm shadow missiles. So what other weapons are you expecting to be giving to Ukraine.... nuclear weapons? |

Appleyard: Frustration and pain is what is driving the UAE, along with US pressure, to leave OPEC. Who wins? Trump. Who will lose by this decision? OPEC and OPEC+? I doubt for good reasons.
Leaving the group will increase the market share of the UAE and undermine OPEC and OPEC+ firm control over market price. But here is where things can really go south.
The UAE relies on the strait to ship about, if not more than 13% of its oil. It's Habshan-Fujairah pipeline helps to move a huge amount of its oil to the Gulf of Oman, bypassing the strait. Unfortunately, it still need the strait because the pipeline cannot handle the entire volume as needed. Besides oil, 96% of the UAE LNG shipment plus other condescent, goes through the strait, which is currently managed by Iran.
Of course, the impact of the UAE's withdrawal will not be felt immediately since that will take effect from May 1st, and that is one excuse they're hanging on to after the announcement, stating that since the strait is closed anyway, the fear they'd increase market share and flood the market with oil, crashing global prices is not there. But, ironically, this excuse is the double-edged sword that can sour this move on the short and long run per Iran.
By using the temporal closure of the strait as an excuse to go independent from OPEC, the UAE have acquiesce and submitted to Iran's defacto control of the strait.
Currently, the IRGC is operating a toll booth system where it charges certain rates on ships that sails through the strait. It can decide to punish the UAE by charging it higher transit fees when peace returns to the strait.
In a worst case scenario, the Iranian parliament have openly stated that the security of the strait is not free, and any country that is currently sanctioning, aiding and abetting sanctions and aggressive policies against Iran should not expect to use the strait either. That means, the IRGC can altogether bar the UAE from using the strait in peace time, which will increase cost for UAE.
And should the second round starts, the Habshan-Fujairah pipeline the UAE is so much relying on would become subject to massive Iranian missiles and drone attacks. Furthermore, the move will increase more strain on the already souring relations with Satan Arabia, and potentially with other oil marketing actors in the region.
We have not seen the last of this yet. A lot of surprises are still in in the making. Uae has a capacity to pump 5m a day which they intend to do but trust Saudi to Bleep up that plan. Saudi has spare capacity of 3m per day. If uae thinks others will sit idle while it pumps 5m. Then it must be joking . Expect oil price war and 30 dollars a barrel |

Their counterparts the Iranian regime are jihadists who would prefer this war brings back their Mahdi or hidden Imam or whoever. While the rest of the world wants to move on and develop , the regime desires the end of the world . How will they take Iran oil if the oil wells collapse |
