The opposition will call for subsidy to return, forgetting that many of the supported subsidy removal in 2012.
The problem is , everything here na campaign.

Based on world Bank definition of poverty which is anyone living on 2 dollars a day or 100k a month. It Means that they were even generous in their estimates because how many people earn 100k a month. Even at 100k, it means a lot of workers on minimum wage are living in poverty. Any family man, artisan, earning 100k is living in poverty. So world Bank was being generous with tinibu poverty regime |

If you are unable to hold your governor wey live in your state next to you, then is it Tinubu in Abuja that you want to travel to? Will you enter Aso Rock. Have you seen Aso Rock before You That is talking, can you hold your governor accountable, have you ever neat government house not to talk of requesting to see your governor, have you written to your governor or any of his Commissioners and they replied you. You are just empty air |

Nonexisting1: None of those hypocrites remembered to hold their governors accountable prior to 2015 and some even until 2023 when Tinubu took over. They all shouted at Goodluck Jona as if he stole their manhoods. It's all about ethnicity to them but Just ignore them, Tinubu will not be life president. What goes up will come down, it's only a matter of time. People that say hold your governor accountable can't go close to government House not to talk of approaching governors office. In public they can't question the governors. Their accountability slogan is deflection tactics |

lawani: The governor's don't realize the power they have. The President have little revenue potential compared to the governors. Enugu state have not scratched the surface of potential IGR. Money is power and in that wise the governors have the most potential in the country. The main income left for the FG to explore is company income tax and that in any country is always difficult to recover. If the country will change it is the other tiers of government especially states that can do it. Enugu is over taxing people and has nothing to show for it. 2 years after he hired oyibo expert to tackle water issue, nothing has happened. His so called smart school has ended in sujimoto pocket. Insecurity is still affecting farmers so what exactly did he achieve with the taxes |

nairalanda1: At the end, vote a government that makes us more money.
Seriously, we sit here and kvetch about corurption corruption...but at the end the works budget is probably less than 3 billion dollars...and that is to be spent on all roads and to build new ones, and not just federal roads.
I don't deny the existence of corruption by the way...and it does have an effect...but if we want decent roads...we have to spend a lot of money, especially in buying superior materials for the roads to last longer.
And we have to fix and expand railways by the way. Have you been up north to see how do the roads are without any tolling |

LagosOrigin: Between that Lanre bus-stop and Otunba Oladokun street is a dangerous place to live during rainy season. Inside the end of Otunba Oladokun street close to the general hospital, there is a mortuary there. Sometimes last year, heavy rain fell and the flood brought out dead bodies deposited in that mortuary at Otunba Oladokun to the street. This happened last year as read on the newspaper and till today, nothing has been done to build a gutter in that street that will connect to the drainage at Lanre . .
And again, that mortuary at Otunba Oladokun street beside general hospital at Lanre igando is not well regulated by the state government. I doubt if they follow lay down laws in operating a mortuary.
Lagos is a dangerous place to live walahi I saw that one live. People just stand dey snap picture and take videos. Like wtf. What are you going to do with the pictures or video |

Politics › Re: Dave Umahi Commissions Projects On Behalf Of Tinubu In Abia (Pictures) by nedu666: 9:23am On Oct 06, 2025 |
Umueme: Ikpeazu actually worked. You should have seen the state of aba before Ikpeazu. There’s a reason the only major road Otti has worked on is PH road. Ikpeazu fixed Aba-Owerri rd, Faulks road, Okigwe rd, Azikiwe rd, Asa rd and the rest. These are all major roads that lead to the major markets in Aba. He had his discrepancies quite alright, but Otti has it this easy cos Ikpeazu was his predecessor. If Otti took over from T.A eh……….😄
Lastly, Ikpeazu was not exposed nay a village man. Otti brought the power of media outlook since 2015. I remember making a comment in Abia state devt thread back then that aba isn’t as bad as the media paints and that if Otti wins you all would see the truth. Otti and his stooges controls the media image in aba.
Otti has tried massively and done excellently in waste management but Ikpeazu walked so Otti can fly
Ndewo Ikpeazu worked in your dreams. So his media officers, commissioner of information could not showcase his projects. Ikpeazu himself did not commission his own projects. |
