If you intend to go through the NSE stream and have a valid IELTS TRF, option one is correct.

If you intend to go through the NSE stream, but will soon take IELTS test, option two is correct.

If there is a strong conviction to opt for the Regular stream, the last option is correct.

In essence, the last option is the only compatible option to the asked query based on geographical advantage.

Yes, Been to India 3 Times, 5 month of training in 2010, 6 month for training in 2012 and February this year 3 month for training by company.

Filling the DS-160 form, i coming back from Qatar and had a stop over at Ethiopia and was told i cant travel to Nigeria same day that we needed to wait till next day cos of change is flight schedule , so i was giving a day visa to sleep over till next day.

my question is can i add Ethiopia in the column of country you've traveled to on the DS-160 form.

Is it Advisable to apply before the wedding or after because i will like to travel immediately after the wedding as my company will only give me 2 weeks leave from work.

And again i just return back to work from training in India this April. i need your advice because i already filled a DS-160 form but not submitted and again will be going to pay for the Visa fee at the GTBank this week.

Gurus, kindly advice on the best way to approach this. what are the Document you think i need to prepare apart from.

1. visa fee print out
2. ds-160 print out
3. passports
4. letter of employment
5. leave approval letter
6. court affidavit ( letter of consent from both parent)
7. bank statement.
8. pay slip
9. our introduction pictures because am choosing COMMON LAW MARRIAGE
