The South African Presidency say they will look into pictures circulating on social media that shows a young woman kissing a man who appears to be President Jacob Zuma. The pictures were circulated on social media on Tuesday and Wednesday.

"We will check the matter," Presidency spokesperson Bongani Ngqulunga said.

A 19-year-old woman called Lindokuhle Dlamini posted a series of selfies of herself with the man who could be SA president on Tuesday. She captioned it: "He is not just a blesser, we are in love and I am grateful for all that he has done for me, much love. Xo xo."

A blesser, or sugar daddy, is an older man who gives a younger woman money or gifts in exchange for sex. The Facebook page where the selfies purporting to show the pair kissing was posted has been deleted. Some media outlets said they had been contacted by readers to say the woman is actually Zuma’s daughter. The Presidency indicated on Wednesday that it would investigate the claims before commenting

In a recent radio interview, actress Mercy Aigbe-Gentry, says she wears bum shorts at home so that "toothpick leg" girls will not snatch her husband from her. Her colleague, Adunni Ade who was also on the set of the interview had earlier said she will not wear booty shorts in her home as it was inappropriate.

For Awopeju Olaniyi Philips aka King Phillipiano, it was fame or nothing as the self-professed herbalist stormed the Ultima Studio in his full traditional regalia to slug it out with other music enthusiasts in the Lagos audition of Project Fame West Africa season 9.

Adorned in beads, robes, animal skin and a horsetail to match, the chap claims his costume represents the cultural diversity and the unity of the African continent. Like many others who thronged the Ultima Studio, he had the singular objective of reaching musical fame on the Project Fame platform.

However, for this feat to be achieved, King Phillipiano believed his costume would prove his seriousness to the judges. Like the celebrity he dreamt to be, his presence attracted paparazzi on the yellow carpet.

However, the fame King Phillipiano sought wouldn’t come cheaply for as he had to showcase his vocal prowess to convince the panel of judges comprising Gloria Rhodes, CobhamsAsuquo, and Shola Allyson.

Well, his magic could only get him as far as the arena. His vocal power wasn’t convincing enough for the judges who were nonetheless thrilled by his comical performance and elaborate regalia. He’ll have to try again next time, but not after proper consultations with the oracles.

A male Kenyan police officer recently caused havoc on social media. He had shared a photo of himself, clutching at his chin with the characteristic pose of a seasoned model. His looks, girls have agreed, puts him on the coveted pedestal with movie stars. The better part of the day, scores and scores of women including married ones begged the police officer to arrest them- especially house arrest. His name is Steve Karisa, a Kenya General Police service officer and gym addict.

Unfortunately, the hunk policeman is now desperately single after he was dumped by his girlfriend because of the massive attention he has continued to receive after posting his photos on Facebook and Instagram without a clue they’d get viral.

Like you know, nearly all Kenyan girls on social media are desperadoes, the 28-year old policeman from Shauri Moyo Police Station had a hard time trying to maintain his cool.

Normally, according to his friends, Steve is a cool guy who’s a little shy and doesn’t like much publicity. But the Kenyan girls could not help but add him on all social platforms like a hot cake!


In just a week, the police officer gained tens of thousands of followers on IG and Facebook. Many girls sent messages asking for his number.


Today, the hunk police officer is now desperately single and asking all those girls hitting him up to stop so that he can have ample time to try and see if his loving girlfriend can cool down and get back to him.

The girl is still mad at him over the huge attention and for reasons she did not want to talk about.

Steve Karisa aka Self Made told Heads Up, that he had a misunderstanding with his woman after the unexpected exposure, even though he continues to post her photos on Facebook.

"Well, we had a misunderstanding with my ‘former’ girlfriend. We have been trying to work things out, though we are not in talking terms,” he said.

He asked women not to hit on him and described himself as a “snob.”

“Right now, I just want to relax and see what the future holds. Maybe Melanie (the girlfriend) will come around,” he said.

Wish all ladies can defend themselves this way. This happened on Sunday July 10th at Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo state. The two ladies were minding their business, going their own way when the guy started to follow them, asking one of them out. They told him to bugger off that they weren't interested but instead of doing so, he began to harass them. The girls got angry and decided to teach him a lesson... the lesson that led the young man into the gutter...lol. See more photos below...
