Let's talk about the FEW advantages and disadvantages of butter icing cake.

Advantages
1. Very easy to make
2. Saves time and energy
3. Ingredients are cheaper to acquire.

Disadvantages
1. Can't travel long distance
2. Needs special attention during delivery
3. It can be very messy sometimes during the icing process..

Well u can eat puffs with other food items..as for me I like to eat my puffs with pepper dip (pepper sauce) along side with fried chicken preferably with a fresh juice..

Chocolate ganache or chocolate drip is what we normally use to create that drip designs u see on buttercream cakes or whipped cream ....The picture below is a typical example of chocolate drips on a cake ..

Recipe for chocolate drips/ganache
Icing sugar : 2 table spoon
Cocoa powder: 2 teaspoon
Water or liquid milk can be added to create your mixture..The Texture of the your mixture depends on how you want it ..

Note :: when it's too watery it won't give u a beautiful drip effect on the cake ...

thanks so much for all d tips but pls what nozzle did u use to pipe on that tall cake...thanks

I used 1m nozzle....there is a particular technique required when using the 1m nozzle to get that design of piping
