Procedure for hot milk cake

- whisk eggs in a bowl with hand mixer
- pour in sugar bit by bit and mix
- Add flour and baking powder bit by bit and mix
- heat up milk on a fire, add butter then stir for few minutes pour into into flour mixture and mix well add vanilla extract
- pour into pan and bake for 30- 35mins

Hello beautiful people ..sorry have been away for too long due to my busy schedule .....Am going to share with you the carrot cake recipe..very simple to make and its rich...���..Guess what!!! ...you don't need salted butter to make this yummy cake....

Carrot cake recipe..This can produce a 6inches size

Flour -----------------250g
Sugar ----------------200g
Carrot ---------------350g
Vegetable oil -----3/4 cups
Baking soda-------1/2 tsp
Baking powder---1 1/2 tsp
Eggs ------------------- 4
Orange zest--------- 1 tbsp
Orange juice-------- 2 tbsp
Preservatives ----- 1/2 sachet derock
Milk ---------------------3 tbsp

Hey guys I need your help, the way I'm adding weight these days is alarming and worrisome. I was weighing 74kg last year, I checked my weight last week I was weighing a whooping 85kg.

I'm adding excessive fat on my cheeks, laps, and my stomach is beginning to protrude like I mistakenly swallowed a calabash.


I understand losing weight is 70% dieting and 30% exercise, so I need help to know the meals I need to avoid and what I need to take also to help shed some of the weight. I'm really keen on dropping down to at least 72 by the end of this year.

I do my sit-ups and I have cut down on my late night meals but I'm not seeing much improvement.

You can eat your regular carbohydrate foods but in SMALL QUANTITY, then eat more of fruits and vegetables

Avoiding eating in-between meals (just your 3 square meal)please carbohydrates in small quantity

Aviod snacks (junk foods, coke, fanta etc.)drink fresh juice or smoothies

Aviod late night meals

For your flat tummy dont drink water while you eat unless you are choking.. You can only drink water 20mins after eating it works like magic..

Then do your regular exercise

My dear everyone has different recipe and procedures in making fondant icing...

As for me I dont have a particular measurement for icing sugar ..

But I have accurate measurement for gelatine , water , cmc and glucose...

At the end of the mixture I add my icing sugar continually until I get the desired fondant texture I want...

Today's work..these are cakes with buttercream icing ...very easy to make and also taste yummy ...
All you need is your butter Icingsugar and liquid milk.

Procedures for an eggless cake

1)preheat the oven for 15mins, lightly grease your pan (9")..

2)In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix in sugar.

3)make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet ingredients one by one, stir the mixture together using a whisk.. (Some lumps is okay)

4)pour in the batter in the prepared pan and tap the pan to even it our and break the air bubbles if any

5)bake it for 25-35mins. Check for doneness after 30mins and allow to fully bake for remaining 5mins

6)when the cake is done transfer the pan to a cooling rack and remove cake when its cool ...

EGGLESS CAKE RECIPE

The eggless cake is very simple to bake and uses readily available ingredients .. The taste and texture makes it perfect for any occasion.

2 and 1/2 cups of flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoons of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of sweetened condense milk (400ml)
1 cup of water
2 tablespoon of vainilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter..
