Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh has said that she would not tolerate anyone who hurts her child.

The mother of one said this in an Instagram post on Sunday.

Advising parents to train their children,



She wrote: “Dear parents,train your child well, train them well because I wouldn’t tolerate a pinch if your child hurts mine.

“I’ll burn down your generation, I’ll make you feel my pain 100times over, tell your children to avoid mine.”

A Zimbabwean sex worker has been arrested for allegedly having party with two underage boys.



The two juveniles who cannot be named due to their ages, reportedly hired 23-year-old Nothabo Sibanda on 27 December following a night out. After negotiating on a charge for her services, the three went to Nothabo’s house in Emthunzini suburb.





The three got intimate till late hours. After the boys realized it was too late for them to return home, they both decided to spend the night at the sex worker's home.



While at Nothabo's house, one of the boys' parents reportedly filed a missing person report. B-Metro reported that after the police visited the sex worker's home after being told that the boys were last seen with her.



Upon being questioned, the teenagers revealed that they had hired Nothabo for her services. She was arrested and charged with having sexual intercourse with minors.



Nothabo who has been arraigned before Western Commonage Court resident magistrate Shepherd Mnjanja, was released on free bail and remanded out of custody till Tuesday January 11 for commencement of trial.

A Nigerian man has broken into prayers calling on the name of Jesus after he found out that python has been living in the engine of his motorcycle.

The Man says he has been riding the motorcycle for a long time not knowing that a snake has been living in its engine.

He said he is surprised to find the python in the engine of his motorcycle because he washes it everyday.

But after a trip from Nnewi to aguleri in Anambra state, he was shocked to discover a live python right inside the engine of his motorcycle.

Sharing his story, the man wondered that the snake could survive the heat of the engine.

He concluded that the python was spiritual and broke into prayers, calling on Holy Ghost fire to consume the snake.

A 28-year-old commercial motorcyclist has been remanded in prison custody for allegedly defiling a 6-year-old girl at Idye village in Makurdi metropolis of Benue State.


The suspect identified as Terver Awuha was accused of having carnal knowledge of the little girl twice. It was alleged that he dragged the little girl who was sent to buy noodles by her mother on June 3, 2020 at about 7:30pm into his room, and forcefully defiled her.



He repeated same act on June 5, 2020 at about 2:00pm and reportedly gave the little girl N100. Terver was thereafter arrested for committing the offence which contravened section 284 of the penal code law of Benue State 2004, after the mother of the girl filed a complaint.


No plea was taken by Magistrate Isaac Ajim who ordered that the accused be remanded in custody of Nigerian Correctional Service in Makurdi. He adjourned the case till August 28 for mention.

The House of Representatives is to consider a fresh Stimulus Bill that will ensure that Nigerians get free electricity supply for two months.

This was contained in a statement on Saturday by Lanre Lasisi, the speaker’s spokesperson.
The house had, last week, passed a bill seeking to grant companies a reduction on Companies Income Tax to 50 per cent of PAYE (pay as you earn), so long as the companies do not retrench their staff.
Although it would be a temporary palliative, the bill seeks to grant a six-month deferral for payments on mortgages obtained by individual contributors to the National Housing Fund (NHF). Mr Lasisi, while quoting the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, said the gesture is to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr Gbajabiamila spoke at the National Assembly on Saturday during a meeting between the National Assembly leadership and the Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmad, the Director-General of the Budget Office of the Federation, Ben Akabueze, among others.

A 32-year-old man, Ejiofor Udeze, walked into severe trouble in Lagos after allegedly luring a 13-year-old girl into his apartment and in the process sucking her breasts.

The perpetrator, Udeze, touched her private part during the suspected sucking, both became aroused and he engaged her in sex with no regard for her age.

The incident occurred at Taiwo Ajala Street, Lagos area of New Oko-Oba, where they live.

He reportedly confessed to the Police that both of them lost control when he started touching her private parts including her bum and he penetrated her and did not realize that she was still a minor. The action has landed him in Police net.

It was gathered that when they were caught, the victim alleged that she was lured in the act without her consent after he touched her private parts.

The police found him guilty and charged him with statutory rape in the Ogba Magistrates Court, which requires multiple years of incarceration if he is convicted and found guilty of proven offence.

As he was brought before the Court, the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, who urged the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice, asked him to be remanded in prison custody following the motion.
