Politics / Breaking: Lawan, Akpabio And Umahi's Names Missing As INEC Releases Final List. by neoclassical: 8:30pm On Jun 24
Names of Lawan, Akpabio, Umahi etc are conspicuously missing as INEC releases final list of Senatorial Candidates. Details soon.

Politics / Re: Report On Akwa Ibom North-west Senatorial Ticket Final, INEC Tells Akpabio by neoclassical: 3:39pm On Jun 15
fergie001:

No, see what he means.... Only people who contested in the initial one will re-contest.

Umahi made sure his elder brother was the only candidate to pick the form.

Tambuwal also made sure there was only one candidate to pick the form.

Bala Mohammed also made sure there was only one candidate to pick the form.

Substitution is not in this 2022 Electoral Act. Section 33 of this new Electoral Act bans substitution.

If there were more than one candidate for all the persons above, everyone excepting the man who withdrew will participate.

Since Akpabio wasn't even in the initial one, he can't participate.

Umahi is in deep soup.
Mrs Agom Eze who contested against Umahi's brother in the first primaries was not informed about the rerun. Umahi and a few of his cabinet members arranged the jamboree called rerun.
Now Umahi is on his knees begging the woman not to go to court.

So 9-0 against Sao tome is what is giving you hard-on? Let them play senegal or Algeria and see them playing like idiots. Even boys from agege stadium will beat Sao tome.
You are just a bitter person.
People around you should be careful because someone's progress can give you heart attack.

I hope you guys will recall this post next year. The dream came last year but some people abused me, saying Atiku cannot even win PDP primary.

You did well. It is obvious we are not ready to develop this nation.
Same people who are complaining about Buhari's bad economic policies, incapacitation and ineptitude are foisting another old man on Nigerians. Tomorrow same people will start attempting suicide at Third Mainland bridge.
The truth is, no one likes this country. Only Parasites who are feeding fat on the defective system are claiming to be patriotic.
No one likes Nigeria. Nigerians only like the Manna from Nigeria.
If we don't build strong institutions, where rule of law, constitutionalism, total separation of powers and checks and balances can be entrenched, nothing will change for better even in centuries to come.

Politics / Re: Falana: Why Ngige, Other Ministers Can’t Withdraw Resignation by neoclassical: 7:20am On May 14
Falana and busy body. When did they tell you the wrote a resignation letter let alone submitting same.

Mr President gave a matching order to those who want to contest to resign or forget their ambition. Instead of resigning, they decided to withdraw from the race.

You will just sit in your Chamber and be interpreting laws for an offence that is not in existence.
