Day to day administration is done by the management under the control of the rector, who in turn is responsible to the council.

For rector to withdraw certain amount(s) of money he needs council's approval and council chairman's signature.

Rector(s) don't play with council chairman(men).

Even when he leaves that position, the rector might honour his request (depending on their relationship).

I equally need information on this . Unfortunately, nobody talks about recruitment in Federal Tertiary Institutions anymore, except the newly established ones.

This is pure wickedness , Umahi is trying his possible best to silence Hon Okorie because of his Senatorial ambition.
LLinus Okorie's LP popularity is rattling Umahi and APC. Umahi is wicked. Hon Linus has nothing to do with drugs. Whether Linus is in the ballot or not Umahi will loose that election.
The people of Onicha Igboeze will teach Umahi a bitter lesson if Linus is not released unconditionally.

Even though I won't condone kidnapping in whatever guise, I must confess that, Linus Okorie is one stupid man that left an important road he should have constructed with constituency fund he got from the House Of Representatives.

On that dilapidated stretch of road, he built his house, he was just purchasing landed properties in my community without paying attention to that bad road. Dave Umahi started quarrelling with Linus because of that road when Linus was a member of the House Of Representatives.

That road connects my LGA with Umahi's, and quite critical for us when travelling from Onitcha LGA to Ohaozara LGA.

Now at kwara state polytechnic management bring out to just newly final year student (ND II & HND II) that they are to pay for final year transcript which we haven't hear from the history of education both Nigeria and outside. I thought until student of any institute in need of transcript, they'll process it.

Who told you collection of transcript is free? If you have not heard something like that in the history of education in Nigeria as you said then you are living in the moon.
For your information, some schools collect up to 30k depending on the destination the transcript is sent to.

Thank you so much. I pray this comes to reality. I have been expecting appointment letters from 2 Federal Polytechnics since early last year. Though, the tenure of one of the 2 Rectors expired last month without getting the final approval and the school now has a new Rector.
Please, do let us know when they kick start, especially those in the South East.
