Now at kwara state polytechnic management bring out to just newly final year student (ND II & HND II) that they are to pay for final year transcript which we haven't hear from the history of education both Nigeria and outside. I thought until student of any institute in need of transcript, they'll process it.

Who told you collection of transcript is free? If you have not heard something like that in the history of education in Nigeria as you said then you are living in the moon.
For your information, some schools collect up to 30k depending on the destination the transcript is sent to.

Thank you so much. I pray this comes to reality. I have been expecting appointment letters from 2 Federal Polytechnics since early last year. Though, the tenure of one of the 2 Rectors expired last month without getting the final approval and the school now has a new Rector.

Is it State or Federal Polytechnic?
Federal Poly pays N110k to N120k for GL8. But Academic Staff have other allowances attached.
However , the salary will go up after current negotiations with ASUP that made them call off the strike.
