The VCs, Rectors and Provosts are now in charge. No more unnecessary bureaucracy of getting approvals from different agencies and capturing as well as rigid employment quota.

I wish Law was like Mathematics that has a definite answer. In Mathematics, 2+2 Will always be 4 both in Nursery school, Primary school, Secondary School and even in the University.
