In my candid advice, don't try transportation.
The following disadvantages are imminent:
1. Most drivers are reluctant to make returns.
2. Their reckless handling of the vehicle may result delay in payback.
3. Due to the poor road networks, accident(God forbid) may result in further losses as you will be the one to bear some expenses.
4. The reluctance or inability of our insurance coys to perform their obligation as and when due further puts strain on the business

But the forgoing notwithstanding, it is one of the businesses that has a high rate of ROI.
Those who thrive in it, have you asked yourself how they do it? The fact that it probably didn't work for you doesn't mean others' ain't doing well in it.. no offence meant bro

Check this:

1. Driver, before you start using this car, here is a signed agreement that my daily return is N2000 or you'll drop the car. Why would he default? When he probably has a family to tend.

2. Driver, I'm taking N2000 daily so you can always have enough money for car maintenance. Also, if any damages arise, you'll pay for the car, then he signs an agreement. Why would he be reckless?

3. Road bad road bad, a good and experience driver would be cautious. I know people who have been driving for 15years+

4. You say it's not one of the high ROI businesses. I'm wondering where you got that Stat from. I can see it on top 20 booming businesses in Nigeria just when I searched Google.

I can testify of a friend who lived large in school just by having a taxi. He made 12k weekly. How much did he but the taxi? 250k
Just imagine ..if he makes 12k each week, that means he makes 48k monthly. In 5months, he has his capital.

Everything na sense...

You know nothing about entrepreneurship then...No offense but you just don't.

An entrepreneur makes up his mind on one thing and pursues it. Your op should have made up his mind on something like poultry, for example, and then welcome opinions on how to make poultry work. Not to ask what he should in the agric sector. Then he's not ready to do anything. and if you think like he does, neither are you.
For him to have chosen the agricultural sector is a made-up mind. He hasn't done anything wrong by asking what aspect to dev into.

The first rule in successful business is, your mind should tell you what you want to do. You should assess yourself and your resources and know what aspect of agriculture you would do well in. If you don't know by now, you are not ready to do anything. If you ask 1000 people, be ready to get 1000 different opinions. Each one is telling you based on their experience, their strengths and capacities, not based on yours. Be wise, op. if you don't know what to do with your money, put it in a bank and be looking at it. To avoid stories that strike the spot oo...
An entrepreneur wouldn't make this kinda post. You're not better than the man in Jesus's parable of the sower.

Welcoming diverse ideas in a quality of a good entrepreneur. He then assesses these ideas to know which would work better for him.

It's funny how people condemn something they don't know too well and at worse discourage the willing ones. MMM pays, u don't need any to make any referal before u earn. Why can't we just appreciate good thing and stop being ignorant. MMM has been there helping lives, OK. It failed before possibly because of media but it came back with thesame name, have u thought why? Is the owner a fool to have come back with thesame ID just to eat people up, even a new born baby wouldn't make a mistake to believe such but he the founder has proved us wrong globally for over 5years now, it has been helping the ordinary person worldwide and it came into our own country for an opportunity to even pay and withdraw in our currency. Donations goes peer-to-peer between participants, no central manager is running with ur money.

People have bought cars, houses and even wedded from the money they saved from MMM, why are u still writing negative paragraphs against the community. Why not join today and benefit too. It has paid me three times since 4months I joined, and over 60,000 Nigerians are writing letters of happiness about this community helping them.
God bless the founder of this great program. Please if you are ready to register I won't mind putting u through as long u will join under me and I will enjoy that 10% it wont purge me oo cheesy
HUSTLER .
.thanks for recanting the numerous success stories.. yes! It's working ..but for how long?

Did u ever care to ask yourself wherefrom the 30% you get comes from? Others' investments of course..

From my findings, this program would only survive if people invest more each time ..the moment their investments don't equal the interests to a aabe paid to due investors, na dia problem go start ..

Don't say u were not warned!!! Enjoy while it lasts ..just don't be caught in the middle ..

I SEE WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH WHEN MMM NIGERIA CRASHES.......... Neroiam.

Yeah,I was thinking of that, but someone told me to start with a fishery. But can you tell me more about poultry?
It all depends on the aspect you want to dev into. There's meat production, eggs, hides i.e feathers, etc

But I always tell every entrepreneur

NEVER MIX PLEASURE WITH BUSINESS.
