Price has partially broken a major support level.
It is however wise not to chase price but to allow for multiple retest using a LTF; say M15, M30 before taking a position. This will allow for a good Risk to Reward trade. ��

From Technical analysis, BUY:SELL is about 4:1 ...I'm a price action trader.

An amateur and some self acclaimed professionals looking at the above chart will immediately mark point X and Y as Double Top without considering the rejection witnessed on a strong support level(76.6XX)
And again the Hanging Man candlestick formed three places to the left is still a Sell signal. They may be right but to a low degree, maybe 10%

Because we have more reasons to go LONG of which some of those reasons are outlined in the chart above and also the first part of the comment session.

The Head(i) and Shoulder(b and iii) pattern is a strong confirmation following others.

We however won't jump into the market when the market opens but will patiently wait for more confirmations to get good entries.

Remember: Don't go surfing when the sharks are out.

Some of our setups are based on breakouts. However, we'll often allow for retest and "other" confirmations before taking the respective position.

From the above chart(GBPUSD), We have a breakout to BEAR.
Our target conforms with an extended 200MA which is in the same region with a trendline and a support.
