step 1. u will be given a letter of re mobilizations from your Secretariat (where u were serving before ) to take to abuja. NYSC HQ, will then give u a letter to your new place of mobilization

step 2. u will the take that letter to your new state and then state all over again.

Here i am o! It didn't works out o. The CO said that they dnt have enough time to process my case nd said i have another chance to play in the DV 2014 if i still want to obtain dv visa and gave me the website. He returned all my original documents to me all in the name of time shortage. Besides no denial sheet that will state the reason of my denied were issued to me. Well my conclusion is ''God is still Faithful''. I Wish all dv 2013 winners favour of God in their interview ijn.
