Normally you should have a direct 16 Amp wire from your meter with 16 Amp socket...no additional load should be attached to the cable...this would also enhance the performance of your air conditioning system and also avoid socket or cables from being burnt due to AC power....

Working perfectly fine..

If power is up to 220V -240V you don't need to get a stabiliser and also fluctuating current usually affect the working condition of any air conditioning system..

NO it does not have the outdoor but the big hose can be converted to a smaller one, is how we work it so its less stress to pass the heat out either through the window or a very small opening at the top edge of your wall....
