Spokesperson for INEC, did INEC tell you their system was hacked?

And isn't it an indictment on your APC led FG that they can't ensure the safety of the INEC server?
First, whatever Atiku has he either fabricated or obtained illegally. There is no record of him or anyone else making any formal request for election results.

Finally, there is no electronic voting OR transmission of election results in Nigeria.

Atiku is a dubious confusionist. What he is doing is common with people with half-baked knowledge.

I don't know which is worse - Atiku being perpetually scammed OR the Op is dwelling is stupidity.

INEC Server that only PDP, Atiku and Dubai Hacker were inputting data while the rest of the nation were voting to reelect President Buhari.

I don't think I have to teach you have to read.
PDP protested the illegal removal of Onoghen as CJN.
Since he has resigned, he doesn't hold any position in the government and is current
trial is as a private citizen so it is none of PDP's business as long as the process is fair.

If the headline reads that: "Buhari orders Onoghen be sent to jail"
Then PDP would have reacted because that will be illegal.

The confused OP is projecting what he would do if he were PDP as the same thing PDP will do.
Spin it all you want. PDP's bureau de change judge is out of office and banned for 10 years. He can appeal and lose again.

Why am I even here wasting my time on the enemies of the country
You don't get it, Atiku is not dealing with the figures and facts he discovered on his inspections.

Atiku has entirely a different sets of figures his scamming hackers handed over to him.

Apc don't know how to properly rig, that's why they are trying to get the case thrown out on a technicality before the result sheets are examined
Atiku is NOT showing us or the court results from each polling unit across the nation to contradict the results announced by INEC.

Rather Atiku and his gang is telling us how there is a Server with a summary results from States showing him as a winner.

What was counted at the polling unit in front of everyone is not what inec announced. The real result that was sent to inec is on their servers. This is what Atiku is referring too.

Atiku is not challenging that. He is busy forming Hacker and Programmer.

Before you start masturbating on this issue, what if the Whistle blower is an INEC IT staff that is ready to testify? Though it will be difficult for Atiku to upturn the result of 2019 presidential election, the fact is that PMB and his legal team may be having sleepless nights on the possible array of evidences of infractions that Atiku legal team may bring before the judicial panel.
The fact that the Supreme Court judges may swing their majority judgement either ways based on evidences presented to them is unsettling to INEC and APC.
The only authentic and officially accepted results is the one from votes counted at the Polling units, collated and announced by INEC.

Atiku was handed a fake figures. It would have been a perfect plot if President Buhari signed that dubious bill Saraki was floating last year.

Atiku has been scammed.

Walter Onnoghen thought his contract with Atiku and the PDP is more important than Justice in Nigeria. Today this will serve as lessons to other Bureau de Change Justices and Public Officers.

He was even offered an opportunity to step down, the thief thought he was very smart. I would have want more punishment but this will do for now.

God bless Nigeria.

Have you heard of whistle-blower ...Buhari signed it into law. My good friend wait, let Atiku do his thing.
The whistle-blower's figures cannot be tendered in court without the Court knowing his identity - if not anyone can falsify figures and claim he got it from a whistle-blower.

Also if the Whistle-blower was not originally an authorized INEC personnel cleared to have access to such information, then he is liable to prosecution and his figures to the court on behalf of Atiku will not also stand as he is not in a position to provide reliable details on the matter.

And don't miss the main point, information on any INEC's computer does not supersede the results announced by INEC. Atiku may have stand a realistic chance if he tendering evidence on results from the Polling Units and Collation Centres. But the guy is forming a Hacker and Server Engineer. Who that one help?

The electoral ACT empowers INEC to formulate and issue electoral guidelines. It's under that power that INEC approved mandatory use of card readers. It's now for INEC to show the use of card readers in Borno, Yobe, Kano as well as the other 34 states and the FCT.
INEC has done that and the results are already known to everyone. The problem now is that Atiku wants to smuggle in figures that are alien to the electoral process.

The worst here is that Atiku is not disputing the outcome within lawful legal framework. He is introducing figures from outer space. How is Microsoft and IBM's testimony on Server Technology going to disprove results from Polling Units collated and announced by INEC?

Politics › The 5 Problems With Atiku's Server by netpro(op):
Election has come and gone. Atiku is in court disputing the outcome. The PDP candidate is currently banking on some alleged INEC Server entries as claim to become President.

Here are some of the top 5 problems with this Atiku's cliffhanging.

1. With the failure of the PDP in getting President Buhari to sign the proposed electoral bill into law, Nigeria's current Laws regarding Elections does not cover electronic transmission of results. So the only valid results acceptable by law are those collated and announced by authorized INEC returning officers.

2. The INEC's card reader can only transmit accredited numbers and NOT number of votes and parties voted for. Even at that, there are still manual verification of voters where the card readers fails or malfunction.

3. Neither PDP, Atiku or his agents are authorized to access the figures they are parading. It is illegal and inadmissible in court. Hacking, espionage and unauthorized access to classified information is still a crime all over the world. Atiku and his hacker can still be prosecuted to the full extent of the law if the Federal Government wish to do so.

4. Atiku's figures can only be accepted in court if he divulge his source, who will also testify to its validity. And the government will also arrest and trial such an individual for espionage and treason against an institution of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

5. The Constitution and the Electoral Laws of the Federal Government of Nigeria does not in any way recognize the figures being paraded by Atiku and his Team order than the figures officially announced by INEC - who by law are the Independent Electoral Umpire in Nigeria, no one else (not even the President can announce a winner, except INEC). Inviting programmers from Heaven can't even help Atiku in any way.

while you guys are arguing this, you should take note that Nnamdi Kanu was the one used to spearhead this nonsense on Atiku. Nnamdi Kanu started the Cameroon rubbish and now APC is feeding on it? why? because Nnamdi Kanu has been settled. unfortunately, a lot of people are not asking questions.
Atiku and the PPDP don't have the right to be angry. When Nnamdi Kanu was on rampage insulting Buhari and calling our beloved country a zoo, you guys rejoiced and amplified his message because they thought only Buhari will suffer.

Now that Atiku and the PDP are being feed with the nuisance they nurtured, nobody should cry blue murder.

At what point will Atiku stop getting scammed? His greed and desperation is having a very strong grip on him.
Politics › Why Atiku And PDP Wanted New Electoral Law by netpro(op): 10:12am On Apr 17, 2019
For years the PDP used our current electoral laws to conduct elections and there were good with it as it kept delivering a positive outcome to them. Just at the run up to the just concluded Presidential Election, the PDP and their candidate frantically pushed for a new electoral law to be adopted.

Even when it became obvious that some sections of the new law will contravene and infringe on some parts of existing laws, the PDP and their agents kept pushing. President Buhari was castigated and his name dragged through the mud for not dancing to the tune of Saraki and his PDP crew.

Now that election has come and gone - seeing the lame attempt of Atiku and his party to smuggle fabricated figures with the claim it is from INEC Server, we can now look back and see why PDP wanted a new electoral law that uses electronic transmission of results. By now PDP would have simply relayed on the law to present figures that favour them and claim it were true result.

Also PDP's claim to have complete and unapproved access to INEC servers and database shows their confidence that the dubious Dubai Strategy was a go.

We are grateful to Mr. President for his vigilance in taming the massive fraudulent scheme deployed by Atiku and his crew to take power, institute corruption and enrich his friends.

Atiku is a Nigerian by virtue of the fact that, his part of his Cameroon was administered by the British Nigeria after first world war as war booty gotten after the defeat of Germany.

After WW1, Cameroon ceased to be a German colony and was split into 2 of which his part of Cameroon, came under Britain and was administered from Lagos.

Politics › My Take On Atiku's Cameroonian Heritage by netpro(op): 1:25pm On Apr 15, 2019
It is a very good thing that for the first time since Independence, this is the first time this matter will be challenged in court. OBJ complained severally about Atiku on Bakassi and other sketchy undertones about his roots. Now it can be legally resolve.

Here are some of the already unraveled truths:
1. Atiku's hometown Jada in Ganye was in Northern Cameroon.
2. This area was never part of Nigeria until the February 1961 plebiscite when they voted to join Nigeria.
3. The Nigeria's constitution specifically stated a candidate for President must be natural born Nigerian.
4. Atiku was not born a Nigerian.

Atiku and the PDP cannot just wave this aside. The court up till Supreme Court will have to make pronouncement on this matter. An Alien can't just come and rule Nigeria.

Atiku wants to go to court right, he can remain there. grin
