1. Everyone knows Atiku lost the election.
2. We do also know that Atiku does not have a strong case against President Buhari. It his entire defence relying on a Server here in Dubai, it is a complete failure.
3. Finally, Atiku is only pursuing the case so he can handover NNPC and other national assets to the businessmen that donated part-payment to him.

First and foremost, the bulk of this fund comes from contributions of workers.. It is imperative they have some control over it.

FGN,the way he treated Kokori on the matter leaves a lot to be desired.
The democracy Ngige is enjoying today, it was the likes of Kokori that fought for it.
At least, as a mark of honour and respect, what does it cost him to let the man head the board not even when his name had earlier been submitted.
He is just out of his sense.

NLC should be represented, that has been agreed upon. The borne of contention is who heads it - someone appointed by the Government or by the Union.

Kokori can run for office if he wants, but workers funds can't be used for compensation.
