PoliticsAPC CONVENTION: Pressure Mounts On Oyegun To Contest by NetworkNewsNG(op): 8:30am On May 05, 2018
IN spite of his decision to jettison any ambition of re-contesting for the chairmanship of All Progressives Congress APC, the National Chairman of the party, Chief John Oyegun is under pressure to rescind his decision, Saturday Vanguard gathered.

Specifically, some unnamed influential sons of his Bini ethnic stock were said to be behind the development.

A party source in Abuja, who disclosed this, said: ‘’Chief Oyegun’s detractors only launched the first attack because they saw the goodwill that he had begun to enjoy in many state chapters of the party. The attacks became more virulent when Adamawa State chapter of the party passed a vote of confidence on him, asking him to re-contest. It would be in the best interest of the party to accord Chief Oyegun a dignified exit rather than the crude tactics being deployed by some people to oust him even before his tenure elapses.”

Meanwhile, four out of the six state chairmen of the party in the South-South geopolitical zone have distanced themselves from the purported endorsement of a former governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
They include the Rivers State APC Chairman, Chief Davies Ikanya; Bayelsa State APC Chairman, Deacon Joseph Fafi; Cross River State APC Chairman, Mr. Etim John; and Akwa Ibom State APC Chairman, Dr. Amadu Attai.
The party’s Deputy National Secretary, Mr. Victor Giadom also distanced himself from the endorsement.

They had stormed out of the South-South zonal caucus meeting of the party at the Edo State Government House in protest of what they said were plans to stop the incumbent National Chairman from standing for re-election.

President Buhari, we gathered, has lent support for former Edo State governor Adams Oshiomhole to step in as the next chairman of the party. Onyegu, we gathered, will be appeased with a top Federal Government job.

“He did not tell anybody that he would contest and finds it not necessary to issue a statement saying that he will not contest,” a source said yesterday, adding “he is fine and just interested in the success of the party.”

Politics*ekweremadu: Why We Passed The Not Too Young To Run Bill* by NetworkNewsNG(op): 7:45pm On May 04, 2018
The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, has explained that the National Assembly passed the constitution amendment bill, which sought to reduce the age qualification for various political offices in order to give the Nigerian youth their rightful place in the political leadership of the country.

Ekweramadu spoke in Enugu on Friday while addressing the 7thEnugu State Annual Youth Summit.

The Senator, who cited so many examples of both Nigerian and foreign leaders, who became very politically relevant early in life, also took the youth on a brief tour of his personal history, including the civil war experience, and political huddles he had faced, assuring them that “if I could succeed, you too can succeed”.

He urged the youth to step out to take their rightful place in governance and national development and to remain focused on their goals and never lose self-confidence.

He said: “The Nigerian youth have demonstrated their industry, intellect, creativity, resilience, energy, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial prowess and deserve the chance to assume leadership positions at all levels of governance.

“It is for the above reasons that the National Assembly agreed that the youth deserved a better deal and bigger role in the governance and development of the country. We readily bought into the Not Too Young To Run project to enlarge the political opportunities for the youth.

“We altered Sections 65, 106, 131, and 177 of the Constitution to reduce the age qualification for the office of the President, House of Representatives, and State Assembly”.

He said although the amendment would only come into effect if assented to by the President, he was very positive that the President would assent to the amendment.

“If you are old enough to vote, it is only natural that you should be old enough to be voted for”, he emphasised.

Senator Ekweremadu commended the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, for the many youth-oriented programmes initiated by his administration, calling on every level of government to lay emphasis on vocational education and skill acquisition.

“I am particularly impressed with the concept of One Youth One Skill Programme. We must continue to emphasise vocational education and skill acquisition in order to drastically reduce unemployment rate and increase productivity among the youth.

“It is disheartening that our tertiary institutions churn out graduates, who lack prospects of employment. Today, we have many engineers, who cannot construct anything. We have many technicians, who cannot fix anything.

“By investing heavily in vocational training and skill acquisition, the youth, even with basic education, will be positively engaged, and jobs will be created”.

He assured that the National Assembly would do everything within its powers to initiate and support policies and legislations that expand opportunities for youth participation in governance and help them to realise their potentials.

PoliticsImo APC Stakeholders Beg NWC To Save Party From Governor Okorocha by NetworkNewsNG(op): 12:03pm On May 03, 2018
Imo All Progressives Congress Stakeholders Forum has pleaded with the party´s National Working Committee (NWC) to intervene in the crisis currently rocking its ranks.

Mr Oke Ikoro, the Chairman of the forum, made the plea on in Abuja when a delegation of the forum visited the NWC, according to the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.
According to him, APC in Imo has been appropriated by Gov. Rochas Okorocha who ´´ has completely privatised the party´´ through his activities.

Ikoro said there was so much anger, acrimony and bitterness among party members.
´´This is why we have come here to lend our grievances to the NWC, we came to express our disappointment on the leadership of Gov. Rochas Okorocha, his activities and the APC under him.

´´We didn´t want to say this with word of mouth but we have put it in writing so that you can have a critical look at it after we had gone,´´ he said.
Ikoro said that the stakeholders had to bring the matter to NWC after trying without success to address it at the state level.

He alleged that some of the governor´s actions in the state were not friendly and were forcing members out of the party rather than bringing membership to the fold.
Ikoro said the actions included the demolition of markets and indiscriminate revocation of land titles without due process.

He also criticised the governor´s plan to install his son-in-law as the next governor of Imo.

Ikoro said ´´all we are saying is that due process should be followed and that the state funds should not be wasted.´´

According to him, people are exiting from the party because of the highhandedness of the governor.

´´We are calling on the party leadership to call the governor to order and to separate the party from him,´´ he said.

Ikoro expressed optimism that as the highest organ of the party empowered to bring peace and unity, the matter would be addressed by the NWC.
´´Furthermore, on Saturday, the ward congresses of the party will start and we know that what the governor is planning is to hijack the process,´´ he said.

He alleged that the governor`s plan was to influence the congress by ensuring that his cronies were put in elective offices.
He said that the party leadership should intervene to prevent the governor from hijacking the process.
In his response, the APC National Chairman, Chief Odigie-Oyegun, said there was nothing to celebrate in the report.
He said that the saving grace was that the stakeholders were all dedicated and did not storm out of the party.
He said Imo must lead in the South- East to ensure the party´s electoral victory in 2019 and as such the unity of the party was critical to achieve the goal.
´´Some controversies are necessary to bring about unity that will bring victory, together Imo state will be almost a certainty but we will be in deep trouble if we are divided.
´´Without any prejudice, I want to assure you that we, on our side, will do everything possible to take up your complaints and reservations.
´´We will talk to the other side so that an acceptable compromise and understanding is reached to make it possible for us to work as one party and one political fighting force.
´´I am certainly not unaware of the issues; as the party’s national chairman, all these things end up directly or indirectly on my desk,“ he said.
The party chairman added that whatever the rights and the wrongs of both sides were, victory could only come through unity.
He said that to get unity, there must be justice, adding: “while am insisting on a united fighting force, I also insist that there is justice.’’
Odigie-Oyegun said that as far as the coming party congresses were concerned, the leadership was determined to ensure free, fair and level playing field for all aspirants in spite of what anyone thought.
He charged the stakeholders to prove their worth by ensuring that the right things were done and that true reconciliation was achieved in the party in Imo.

PoliticsAkeredolu: Salaries, Allowances Consume 90 Per Cent Of State’s Income by NetworkNewsNG(op): 11:27am On May 03, 2018
Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN) yesterday lamented a situation where 90 per cent of the N5 billion monthly allocations of the state were spent on salaries, allowances, gratuities and pensions.

He said it would be difficult to meet other obligations, such as employment of primary school teachers, building of roads, classrooms and other infrastructural projects.

The governor spoke at Owode-Obaile in Akure North Local Government during the inauguration of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) ultra-modern resort, constructed by the Ondo State leadership of the union.

He hailed NULGE President Dr. Olubunmi Eniayewu and his team for initiating projects that impacted on local government workers.
Akeredolu said his administration released N200 million regularly to offset backlog of gratuities and give car loans to workers.
The governor, justifying his statement on his administration’s inability to pay workers’ leave allowances until the state is buoyant, which caused protest at the May Day celebration in Akure on Tuesday, said it was the right of every Nigerian to protest or disagree with government’s decision.

He said he would act in the interest of the state.
Akeredolu said: “We earn about N5 billion every month, N4 billion goes for salaries and allowances. How do we address shortage of teachers in primary schools? How do we build classrooms? How do we provide transformers for communities without electricity? The majority want their roads built. The present state is depressing.

“It is unfortunate that some people now refer to our state as a civil service enclave where governance has been reduced to payment of salaries, allowances, grants and subventions.”

He added: “So, you can shout, you can protest. It is your right, you can remain in the sun for days, but I will not change my style in the interest of the majority. We are paying salaries regularly, workers must not be selfish, allow us to take care of others.”
The governor said of over six million people, workers constituted only two per cent, stressing that it would be unreasonable to spend monthly allocation on workers at the expense of others.

Eniayewu said the recreational facilities would facilitate training and retraining of workers through seminars and entrepreneurial skills acquisition.

The union leader, who hailed Akeredolu for promotion of his members, enjoined the government to approve the promotion of local government workers, who had been due since January.

“We want to inform out teeming supporters that God is in control and Mr Rasheed is safe”, the statement concluded.

PoliticsEdo South Senator Moves Motion For Impeachment Of President Buhari by NetworkNewsNG(op): 2:54pm On Apr 26, 2018
Senator (Pharm.) Matthew A. Urhoghide (FPSN, FNAPharm.), Chairman, Senate Public Accounts Committee today April 26, 2018 moved a motion on the floor of the Senate of Federal Republic of Nigeria for the impeachment of President Mohammadu Buhari GCFR over the president’s unconstitutional spending of money from the Consolidated Revenue Fund without the approval of the Senate. Nigerians across all divides hail this as a move towards ensuring proper separation of powers and curtailing extant impunity, chaos, usurping of roles and fiscal irresponsibility. See full text of motion below.

MOTION
Violation of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as Amended

The Senate:

Notes that following the disclosure by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari GCFR in the letter transmitted to and read on the floor of the Senate on the 25th of April 2018 by the President of Senate, Distinguished Senator Bukola Saraki CON, to the effect that he, the President of Nigeria has paid to the Government of the United States of America the sum of $496,374,476 for the purchase of Tucano Aircraft for use in Nigeria without following the due process of seeking the constitutional approval of the National Assembly to appropriate such expenditure from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

Recognizes that this action by Mr. President violates Section 80, sub-sections (1), (2), (3) & (4) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as Amended.

Further observes that whereas Senators as elected members of the National Assembly having subscribed to the Oath of Allegiance and the oath to observe, uphold and defend all the provisions of the Constitution of Nigeria at all times, agree that this grievous infraction is a gross violation of that sacrosanct document which the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is.

Worried that such unilateral action of Mr. President sets a dangerous and chaotic precedence because it undermines the principles of Separation of Powers and Accountability necessary for the good and proper governance of the nation.

Accordingly resolves as follows:
1. That the President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria should immediately commence impeachment processes against the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as provided in Section 143 of the Nigeria Constitution of 1999 as Amended.

2. That the mandatory signatures of two-third majority of members of the National Assembly that would give effect to this process of impeachment to commence having been voluntarily supplied by members are hereby attached.

CrimeGov. Umahi Orders Arrest Of Policeman Over Alleged Killing Of Okada Rider by NetworkNewsNG(op): 1:02pm On Apr 26, 2018
Gov. David Umahi of Ebonyi has ordered the immediate arrest of the policeman attached to the Anti Kidnap Squad (AK) of the Police Command in the state, who allegedly killed a commercial motorcycle operator, popularly known as Okada in Abakaliki. Umahi, who spoke through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Emmanuel Uzor on Thursday in Abakaliki, also condemned the killing.

He described the incident as “barbaric and callous” and said that justice would be done in the matter.

He said that the incident had further called for more dedication, commitment and professional training for the nation’s security personnel to stop further killings of innocent Nigerians in the line of duty.

The governor assured that he would take up the matter with the Inspector-General of Police to ensure that the policeman who allegedly killed the motorcyclist was punished in line with the rules of engagement.
He warned that his administration would not tolerate any form of mindless killing of innocent citizens or extra judicial killing by security agencies in the state.

He, therefore, ordered the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Titus Lamorde, to arrest the suspected killer-cop and other members of the squad in order to face the full weight of the law.
Umahi expressed his sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and promised to visit the family when full information concerning his family was made available.

He called on the public to remain calm and not to take the laws into their hands as the situation was under control.

The victim who was in his early 20s and whose identity was unknown, was allegedly shot dead at about 9.30 p.m. on Wednesday by a policeman attached to the AK Unit of the command on Water Works road, Abakaliki.

Meanwhile, the command’s Spokesperson, Mrs Lovett Odah, confirmed the incident but maintained that details were still sketchy.

“We will brief the press as soon we get full and accurate information on the incident, our men are still carrying out preliminary investigations into the alleged killing, “Odah said.

Policemen have condoned off some parts of Water Works Road, scene of the incident, firing teargas to disperse angry protesters to restore order.

PoliticsAPC Shifts National Convention Date by NetworkNewsNG(op): 8:02am On Apr 26, 2018
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has shifted the dates for its congresses and national convention scheduled to start next month due to the Ramadan fast.

The party said the national convention earlier fixed for May 14 would now hold at a later date to be determined by the National Working Committee (NWC).

Also, in the aftermath of President Muhammadu Buhari’s endorsement of former Governor Adams Oshiomhole for the national chairmanship position, the party’s NWC wednesday resisted the move by governors to interfere in the composition of committees to conduct the congresses.

Addressing journalists after the meeting of the NWC and the governors of the party wednesday, the National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdulahi, said the leadership has been mandated to review the timetable to cater for certain issues that have cropped up.
He said with the review, there was a possibility that the congresses and national convention may be shifted in view of the observations made by some of the governors that the timetable was too tight and made no room for errors.

The APC spokeman also said some of the governors brought the issue of the Muslim fast which will come up soon.
Abdulahi explained that the meeting was called to emphasise to the state governors the need to ensure that congresses were held in a very transparent manner.

“We are aware that some governors have been making statements which we believe are giving the impression that we don’t intend to hold congresses in particular states.
“So the meeting was to emphasise to those governors that we want congresses in a very transparent manner and to ensure that the processes are free and fair,” he said.

The APC spokesman said one of the major concerns of the party at the beginning was that they should do everything possible to avoid rancour that could be generated as a result of the congresses. “It was agreed that one of the major ways of avoiding that rancour is to ensure that the congresses are transparent to the majority of the people,” he said.

On the renewed interest by the governors to influence committee’s list, Abdulahi said the National Chairman, Chief John Odigie Oyegun, and the NWC rejected it, insisting that it is the constitutional right of the leadership to decide who would come to their states to conduct the congresses

“We made it clear to them that this is a constitutional matter and the constitution of the APC imposes the power to constitute the committees on the NWC only and that by Friday this week, the list of the congress committee members will be ready.
“There was also observation on the side of the governors about the timetable for the congresses and convention and the observation was that the timetable was too closely packed and that it does not leave much room for errors.

“The observation was that the timetable as currently constituted was determined because of the Ramadan. We want to be sensitive to the feelings of Muslims who will be fasting during Ramadan and we wanted to, as much as possible, avoid conducting any political activity during the period of Ramadan.

“There were other observations and so, there is the possibility that the timetable may be reviewed. That is not decided yet, but it was agreed that the NWC will take a second look at the timetable and see the possibility for adjustment because there are other issues,”

When asked if the meeting discussed the endorsement of Oshiomhole by President Buhari, Abdulahi said: “What we were told at the meeting was that the president had a meeting with some governors and they asked to know who he wanted to support, and I think that he told them his preference. But that has nothing to do with the meeting we had today.”

On whether the NWC would back Oyegun or stand with the president, he said: “I don’t think that is a fair question to ask me because you will be asking me for my personal opinion and I am not here to give you my personal opinion.

“What I can tell you is that Oyegun will make his position known within the next couple of days whether he is going to contest the chairmanship or not.
He said the president is a party member and has the right to have his preferences, adding that he did not tell anyone to support his choice.

“The consultation he had with these governors was a private conversation. He did not address a press conference to say this is the person I want.
“So, if those individuals he confided in felt it was necessary for them to make the position public, I don’t think it is fair for us to hold the president responsible for this. I don’t think he has foreclosed anything or that he has said this is the way everyone must go.”
While giving further details on the outcome of the meeting, Kano State Governor, Abdulahi Ganduje, said leaders agreed that the timetable be reviewed so that congresses can hold on weekends.

“We discussed the issue of the timetable and time limit for the congresses and convention, and we decided that NWC should review the timetable because, in the previous timetable, the Ward and local government congresses are too close.

“We equally discover that the congresses are designed to hold on working days and normally we use public premises like schools and secretariats for the conduct of the congresses. Fixing the congresses during working days means that such places cannot be available.
“We also agreed that the zoning will be maintained for the party officers but the only clause is that they should go and discuss with those governors in charge of the zones where the officers should come from.

“For example, the chairman of the party will have to come from the South-south, the secretary from the Northeast and all other positions like that. We have resolved all issues amicably,” he said.

Ganduje also responded to PDP’s attack on APC that Oshiomhole was imposed as chairman of the party, saying there is no such thing.
He said that what President Buhari did was a private opinion, adding that no one is bound to toe his line.
He said what PDP is describing as imposition is nothing but a guided democracy.

“There is no imposition at all. Everybody is free to contest just as everybody is free to hold an opinion on who should lead the party. I think that there is more case of imposition because it is not a guideline and jot part of the constitution.

“Just like every other person, Mr President has the right to air his opinion but that does jog mean he should stop any person who will like to contest from contesting. Mr. President’s opinion is not constitutional and it is not a non-constitutional opinion as well.
“He just voiced out his thought which will serve as a guideline to some and otherwise to some. The issue of being undemocratic does not even arise. There is what we call guided democracy and we regard what Mr. President said as such. If that is what will make the party stable and avoid the fallout after the election like we saw in the PDP, it will be better for us,” he said.
Unlike the usual tradition of making opening remarks, the meeting which started about 2.30p.m. and presided over by the National Chairman of the party, Oyegun began without any opening remark.

Governors Rochas Okorocha (Imo), Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), Nasir el-Rufai (Kaduna), Abdullahi Umar Gabduje (Kano), Ibikunle Amosun (Ogun), Raul Aregbesola (Osun), Sani Bello (Niger), Godwin Obaseki (Edo), Badaru Abubakar (Jigawa), Ibrahim Gaidam (Yobe), Tanko Almakura (Nasarawa), Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo) and Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara). The governors of Kwara and Katsina were represented by their deputies.

Governors of Lagos, Plateau, Benue, Kogi, Adamawa, Borno, Bauchi, Sokoto and Kebbi were absent at the meeting and were not represented.

Crime3-year-old Twin Boys Caught In Homosexual Act In Lagos by NetworkNewsNG(op): 7:13am On Apr 26, 2018
By Evelyn Usman

Emotions ran high in Ajah area of Lagos after twin boys were caught in a homosexual act, Tuesday.

The children, in a video clip that was prevented from going viral by Lagos State Police Command, were seen kissing and practising the act before their mother, Patience Ishua, who shot the clip.

Ishua, thereafter, sent the video to her estranged husband, Emmanuel Ekanta, a businessman, who on his part, reported to the Police, in an apparent move to take custody of his children.

Vanguard gathered that the twins could have been victims of the act long before it came to limelight, as they were reported by their teachers to be stooling blood.

Disturbed by the video clip, the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Police Command, Imohimi Edgal, led officials of the Child Protection Unit of the Ministry of Youths and Social Development, to 2, Olugbemiga Ladipo Street, Lekki, where the children were taken from their mother, pending when investigation on how the children mastered the act would be concluded.
Before taking the children away, their mother admitted to having shot the video but accused her estranged husband of teaching the children the act.

According to her, “I shot the video clip and sent it to him to see the damage he has done to the children. He left me for an old woman. He usually comes to pick the children but whenever they return, they would be acting strangely and be speaking vulgar words. At times, they would complain of pains in their anus.
“Their teacher even said they were stooling blood. When I complained to him, he would not listen. The first day I saw them doing it was when I videoed them as evidence, my Pastor is even aware of the case.

“They have conducted deliverance on them. At a point, I told him to stop taking my children to his place because he has different people he brought from Cameroun staying with him.”

At a point, she burst into tears when it dawned on her that her children would not be in her custody for a while.

She said: ”This is actually my fault because this guy is supposed to be my husband and this case should not have gone to the Police. I feel I have failed as a mother.”

On his part, Ekanta, described Ishua’s claim as false, saying she never brought to his notice the act, except the video clip.

He said: “I was so shocked seeing the clip because she did not even express any surprise while taking the shot, nor scold them. We separated barely a year because she was extremely violent.”

Edgal informed that the matter would be taken before the law court to determine the suitability for parenthood.

SportsBayern Vs Real Madrid: Five Things We Learnt by NetworkNewsNG(op): 6:48am On Apr 26, 2018
Marco Asensio came off the bench to score the winner as Real Madrid claimed a 2-1 first-leg lead over Bayern Munich in their Champions League semi-final on Wednesday.

Here are five things we learned from the first leg at the Allianz Arena:

Real have measure of Bayern

Real Madrid have had the wood on Bayern in recent seasons and the Germans now need an unlikely comeback at the Santiago Bernabeu next week to turn the form book around.

The humiliation of a 4-0 second-leg thrashing at the last-four stage four years ago was the lowest point of Pep Guardiola’s spell in charge at Bayern, while Cristiano Ronaldo scored five over two legs as Real won a thrilling quarter-final last season in extra time. Like 12 months ago, Bayern created plenty of chances against the Real defence, but were made to pay for errors at the back.
Changing of the Real guard

It was a rare quiet night for Ronaldo as he failed to score for the first time in 12 Champions League outings, but the absence of Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale from the starting XI called their futures into question.

When Zinedine Zidane reshuffled at half-time, it wasn’t one of the two missing members of ‘BBC’ that he turned to, but Asensio. The youngster scored the crucial winning goal, while Lucas Vazquez provided the assist and excelled on the wing before holding off the dangerous Franck Ribery when switched to right-back after Dani Carvajal’s injury.

Maverick Marcelo

Marcelo was all over the place defensively at times and was partly at fault for Bayern’s opener, but he has now scored more goals than any other defender in the Champions League knockout stage.

His seventh goal in the latter stages was a magnificent strike, adding to his goals against Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus earlier in the campaign. For all the gaps he leaves behind on his raids forwards, the Brazilian more than makes up for it by being one of Real’s most consistent attacking threats.

Bayern need fresh blood

Bayern have not bolstered their squad as much as their fellow European giants in recent years and it showed on Wednesday. Ribery, 35, was their best player on the night, but his fellow 2013 Champions League winners Jerome Boateng and Arjen Robben both hobbled off in the first half.

The German champions have barely been tested in romping to seven straight Bundesliga titles, but have repeatedly been shown their shortcomings in Europe.
A 3-0 loss to PSG in the group stage saw veteran coach Jupp Heynckes return in place of Carlo Ancelotti in October, but on Wednesday’s evidence, Bayern also need fresh blood on the pitch when Niko Kovac takes over as coach at the end of the season.

Semi-final sloppiness
After Liverpool’s 5-2 victory over Roma on Tuesday saw some horrific defending from the Italians, both Real and Bayern were sloppy at the back and in possession during the second semi-final.

Casemiro and Marcelo were caught out of position for Joshua Kimmich’s goal, but goalkeeper Keylor Navas made a terrible error in gambling on the right-back crossing the ball. The two sides were generous in defence at times, with Bayern giving up their hopes of victory on the night with an atrocious pass by Rafinha.

If the final is anything like the two last-four first legs this week, fans can expect a host of goals in Kiev on May 26.
