Proper analysis. Lets see how it will eventually play out...

AlloySteel:
If you are serious and real about your question, then, you can invest your 800k in Land property. Look for a location that's like 10min away from a major city, or a location close to Govt project, or close to a company, preferably, in Lagos or Ogun State, buy the land. I'll suggest you buy a land that's around 400k/plot...buy 2plots there, then, do your corner piece, and ensure you are buying from a reliable source. Leave it for 2years or a year and resell. You will not regret. Most likely, you might sell it when you finally know what to do with the money. You might wanna ask, where can you get 400k land in Lagos that is secure and 'resellable'... If you are serious o, just buzz me... Good luck.

Good idea but the major risk factor is the "Omo onile" wahala.

Maybe buy within an Estate owned by a company.

Due diligence is important too

Nice

But look ooh.

Lagos to Abuja or lagos to Anambra is 50k per single persenger which is about 70 dollars for 45 munites flight

Aviation fuel is then 700 naira per 1 litter which is about 1.40 dollars

Now include tax and any other running cost to the fuel price

How can you tell me that the airline operators will not nake profit?

I think they are just looking for abnormal profit as is the norm in many businesses in Nigeria?

You are wrong.

Airlines are not making profits at the moment

Good business

Keep it up
