I understand the ideology behind the first 20epd they just trying to completely tell borutos story or let us b familiar with his own struggles too if u do read d manga u will see that the are more direct with the story, they are in chapter 2 and already boruto Sarada n the remaining guys are already registrating for the jounin exam and boruto have even approach sasuke to b his mmentor.
