My people, somebody should help me with IRCC email address. My application has been submitted Since March 12, Medical Passed in April 28, BIL not requested because I did biometrics in 2018 and there has been silence on my application since then.

Is it compulsory for an employment letter to be addressed as below;

Central Intake Office (CIO),
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC),
Sydney,
Nova Scotia,
Canada.


or simply;

'To whom it may concern"

Hello Guys,

Is a Notarized gift deed sufficient to explain the source of POF? What if it is from a joint account?

Kindly help with samples of a gift deed.

2. No but if it makes you sleep well at night, sure but IRCC asked for reference letter only and maybe payslip.
3. Spend away and continue with transactions BUT DO NOT touch your POF otherwise your matter will pass be careful. Just kidding , just don’t be tempted to touch (now singing - tempted to touch , tempted to touch)....

I m preparing in anticipation for the next Federal Draw, I have achieved 470 as my CRS Score. Glory be to God.

Kindly assist in the following clarifications:

1. Do I have to notarize every document that I will eventually upload?
2. Do I have to provide payslips in addition to employment reference letters?
3. Can one use the Settlement Fund account for normal transactions (i.e keep the account running) while the application in process, bearing in mind that the fund will be untouched?
