Some 25 years ago I gave my father money to purchase a land which I wish to use to honour them. My old wrote his name on the deed and other documents.
I provided all funds till the completion of the house. Fast forward to early 2024 I wanted to establish ownership by informing other siblings who knew I singlehandedly did this project out of love for my parent. Same parent are playing another script to retain the place as their own. After completion I invited them cos I own the place.
Numerous squandering of money meant for project till forcefully took charge of the project. All maintenance from day one was done by me. All bills related to the house was done by me. Presently I have all docs related to the building cos I own the props.
Old man died few years ago. What can I do to get my property fully before it is written as my father's estate. I have receipt of most things I bought during the project. What's my strength.
