Glaucoma like high blood pressure is all about high pressure. Fix your diet. Too much of carbs. Go the veggie route. Eat pure organic veggie before you kill yourself with these bad ones in the market. When I say veggie, I am talking of salad. Stop all carbs for a.month, and see if it will not improve. Rice, garri, beans, semo, amala, pounded yam, millet, etc. Stop all grain and tubers.

Stop all sugary fruits like apple, pineapple, oranges, etc. At least for a month focus on greens alone. I know most Nigerians cant do it because they are addicted to loading up carbs, and this is what is killing them. Eat avocado, nuts, greens, etc. After like a month when the load of sugar in your system has gone done, you can eat very little carbs just to have energy.

Within 6 mths plus your medication, you will feel better. Many people still go blind after going for surgery because they refused to fix their diets.

High blood pressure is about high pressure in the vessels close to the heart whle glaucoma is the pressure close to the eyes. Food is the major tweak everyone needs for these two challenges.
