Please I want to ask a question

For someone who studied philosophy with 2nd class upper as an undergrad degree..and wants to apply for post grad diploma in Canada...

What course can that person go for??

I'm new to this platform. I want to secure permanent residency for Canada. So I want to know how to go about it. I was told to use these steps:

Write your ielts
Evaluate your credentials to candadian standard using WES
Create a profile
Get an invitation to apply
Submit documents and
Wait...till they are done processing

How do I create a profile?

How do I get an invitation to apply? And from where?

I heard something about about express entry and it's requirements for 3 years work experience... please how is it related to permanent residency? How is express entry really done?

I would really appreciate if anyone can assist me so as not to make mistakes.
