I borrowed 1m from Ren Money last year for 6 months repayment period. I realized the total I was supposed to pay back is 1.5m! What! After I paid 1.4, I applied to close the fuckingg account. Idiots!
I'm not here to spoil anybody's business, but I'll advise that you ever borrow from Ren Money. I have a friend who worked at Ren Money for years. After she quit and started her own business, she later started struggling with funding the business, so I suggested she borrowed from Ren Money. Madam no gree O!

I don't do free show, it could be dangerous.
First off, it's not a show, it is a party.

Secondly, this is the second edition. There was no endangerment of anyone in the first edition.

Thirdly, GTBank Food and Drink Fair was free. Tens of thousands of people attended, yet no one was endangered.

A free event doesn't mean there's no money to provide safety and security. Campari is sponsoring the event, Beat FM is sponsoring the event, MTV Base is sponsoring the event. Our security is top notch.

By the way, you may want to mention the paid show you've organized, so we can compare notes. I've been organizing events since before Nairaland existed. cool

Business › Why You Should Join A Cooperative Today by nex(op):
At Riby, we have a simple goal: Empowering cooperatives, associations and communities. Everyone (we hope) knows what associations and communities are. But not many people fully grasp what cooperatives are, how they function and why they are important in the grand scheme of things.

A cooperative is an organization voluntarily formed by people who have a common goal. This goal could be economic, social or cultural. All members of a cooperative are part owners of the organization and they all have equal shares.

An association of hair dressers in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria, who were able to purchase hair washing equipment in bulk through Riby CoBanking
Cooperatives are not formed to maximize profit like other forms of business organizations. The main purpose of a Cooperative is to provide service to its members. For example, in a Consumer Cooperative Store, goods are sold to its members at a reasonable price by retaining a small margin of profit.

To protect the interests of members, cooperatives are placed under state control through registration. While getting registered, a cooperative has to submit details about the members and the business it wants to run. It has to maintain books of accounts, which are to be audited by government auditors.

Cooperatives raise capital for their businesses from their members, and also through state and government funding. This funding may be in the form of capital contribution, loans at low rates of interest, tax exemptions, subsidies in repayment of loans and more.
Did you know?: Cooperatives can invest and get access to external loans when they use Riby CoBanking.

The various types of cooperatives that exist include producer cooperatives (groups of people engaged in the agricultural sector like farming and fishing), credit unions (consumer-owned financial services cooperatives where every depositor becomes a member-owner), and housing cooperatives (when an organization forms and decides to combine their assets to build the housing units).

Tidbit: The Co-Op City in Bronx, New York, is the world’s largest housing cooperative and houses over 43,000 people.

Why should you join a cooperative?

The primary reason why many people join cooperatives is wealth creation. Joining forces with other people provides access to larger pools of capital, the ability to invest larger sums to get larger returns, and access to loans at very low rates.

Members of cooperatives also get to buy products at cheaper prices because the cooperative buys them in bulk and sells to the members at cheaper unit prices. Members of a producer cooperative can collectively buy equipment that they would individually not be able to afford.

Because many cooperatives are local, they improve their immediate economy since profits are distributed locally. Expertise and capital are reinvested in the community, thus empowering citizens and helping them create a better standard of life.

As we move on in this class (hehe) we’d continue to share more articles about cooperatives, and how you can improve their efficiency and transparency. Follow our blog so you don’t miss them!

As long as the Government is achieving the primary goal of attracting kids to school, I think the School Feeding Program is a good idea.

I don't know if it is necessary to buy plates, however, let's see what difference that makes.

Finally, we need real statistics of the effect of this program. We keep hearing of less and less children enrolling for school, especially in the Northern States.

Let's have a detailed report of what the school feeding program has achieved so far, with specific, verifiable data.

What happens when a camera phone photography enthusiast has a free day, a smartphone, and has heard of a new botanical garden located in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos? He drives down and take pictures. Was Mister Mobility’s drive to Holis Resort And Botanical Garden in Epe, Lagos, worth it? His keyboard and the Redmi Note 7 tell the story.

The sun is not quite up yet when I set out from home. This was a 64 kilometre drive and I love to hit the road early when the day is till cool and I can leave the car windows down. I have done 86 km drives before. Heck, I have done 900 km drives before. 64 kilometres would be a piece of cake.

https://i1.wp.com/mobilityarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Redmi-note-7-48-MP-camera.jpg?ssl=1

Armed with the Redmi Note 7, I headed out to countryside Lagos and eventually arrived at Holis Botanical Garden located in Ideno in Epe. We have brought you some pictures shot on Redmi Note 7 earlier, and it is definitely the most fun smartphone that I have reviewed till date.

The serene garden is designed to be a nature retreat, with some carved artwork, a large garden with seats, a covered bar, as well as chalets for lodging. It is the kind of place you go spend some time at to write a book or to generally escape the hustle and bustle of a city like Lagos.
Enjoy the pic story. All photos were shot on Redmi Note 7 and they have not been retouched in any way. The only editing that has been done is resizing to keep load size on this webpage down. Click on each image to see a bigger size.

Holis Resort And Botanical Garden, Epe is about one a half hour drive from Ikeja through Ikorodu. The roads were, surprisingly, very good and you will enjoy the countryside air during the trip. There is another access road through Ibeju-Lekki, if you are not a Mainland guy or babe.
Meanwhile. have you seen the Redmi Note 7 specs and our Redmi Note 7 review?
