Long story about this Sale.
I registered it September after someone inspired me by his "Insurance Agency" Sales.
I just registered it reluctantly even after all the appraisal tools I used gave it terrible appraisals..Estibot even appraised it $0.

I sent Multiple outbounds (up to 90 end users)..Not a single reply.
Then I followed up and got 2 offers($45 & $10)
I accepted the $45 though but the buyer refused to pay even after reminders.

Fast forward to first week of December, I followed up the end user that offered me $10 initially with $125..then He countered to $75 which I reluctantly accepted because I was really broke but then, He refused to pay after multiple reminders also.

1 week later,I changed the price to $150 on Epik and sent fresh outbounds to all 90 end users again..still no reply.

Then later that night when I was about to sleep,I decided to check my mail then I saw a congratulatory message from Afternic that the name has sold for $999.
I was shocked because I've forgotten I actually listed it on Afternic also.

The funny thing is that the landing page from the outbounds I sent was to Epik which was $150..I don't know why the buyer still went ahead to Afternic to get it for $999.
I think it was just God's Grace sha.

Meanwhile I've been seeing people on most websites say you shouldn't go beyond 20 emails per hour on a free Gmail account.

But do you ever think about or check where your emails are landing inside the person's email....whether its going to inbox or landing in spam.
And even when it gets to inbox, whether its landing in the Primary Inbox, or all those other crazy Gmail folders like Promotions and Social.

Guessing you can check it by including one of your own personal email addresses among the emails you are sending to, and seeing where it lands when you send the outbounding email. (Preferably you should use a gmail address that has never communicated with the regular outbounding email address to test it).

I'm curious as to whether your emails are actually landing in primary inbox, or in spam, or in the other inbox folders like "Promotions", when you're sending at that large volume you're doing currently.

Cos it makes a difference in the number of your emails that will get seen/read, and hopefully reflect in sales.

I think it depends on the age of your email. My email was suspended after sending not up to 200 mails in a day when I just opened d email but now I send well above 200 in a day if I choose to. But what u must bear in mind is that there's a limit you should not exceed in an hour (not sure of d number). Personally, I don't send more than 40 in an hour.

Guys when you're outbounding with your regular Gmail account, what's the maximum number of emails you send in A DAY? Is it 25, 50, 100?
Has anybody ever sent up to 200 emails in a day with free Gmail address?

And if you do, are you worried about your mails landing in spam folders instead of in their inbox?
Or do you just blast emails happily without thinking of the volume of emails you're sending.

Asking cos I heard emails start landing in spam once you send more than 200 emails a day with free Gmail address.
