Most domains being registered at Geo-niche are glorious crap.

The same end-user rendering service of $50/75 will buy the name $300 if he really needs it.
Its just about if he needs it at the time or not.
I have sold a name $200 to an end user just after registering it but the previous owner even offer the name $100 to him and he didn't buy cus he didn't need it at the time.
A buyer ones told me he couldn't pay more than $200 for a domain after I gave him link to buy from Undeveloped he went ahead to pay $349 at afternic that same day.
When they need it the will pay.

Bro this doesn't mean if you have a geo name and a buyer comes you rush and sell cus you feel you won't have another buyer..personally I won't agree to an $100 offer to any of my geo names.
This is this guy on namepros that deals on geo names the least price he reports is usually $249.
Some of the names he reports $449 we sell it here $150

Through my experience with them, the don't test you.
If the are not comfortabe the just ignore you and stop replying, the won't even tell you most times that the aren't comfortable.
Most buyers aren't familiar with the whole process so any doubt in his mind he will back off completely remember he didn't plan on buying the domain before you message him.
You took the domain to him.
Its doesn't matter what your answer is people asking too many questions don't end up buying the domain.

Know your Enduser


1.Don't get too excited until payment is made.
The sale has not taken place until you have received the money.

2. If the end-user tells you, "Let me discuss with my IT guy", that end-user is most likely gone forever.

3. Note the words he used when he send his offers and know when to counter and when you accept.
How about $200 ? isn't the same with I can pay $200 for the domain.

4. Asking you the price doesn't mean the are interested, some people are just curious but it also means the domain is valuable.

5. The more questions an end-user asks, the less probability there is he will buy your domain. Serious buyers rarely ask questions.

An end user is interested in my domain name but he want to know my country before he will make payment. Though my whois is on privacy but I used my Nigerian facebook to reach him and he was interested only for him to ask for my location before he will buy it.
