Buhari, Foreign Observers, Should Call APC To Order, Warn INEC Over Inconclusive Election In Ondo

The general public will recall that two weeks ago, INEC failed to declare the candidate of the PDP winner of the Senatorial election conducted in Ondo South based on flipsy excuse that the election could not be concluded following unjustifiable ground that the margins of win 27, 036 by Nicholas Tofowomo of the PDP is less down 28,047 number of registered voters in the affected 56 units where election did not hold or cancelled.

Meanwhile, this was a selfless decision because the margin of win by the PDP Candidate, Otunba Nicholas Tofowomo, outnumbered the number of PVC collected (24,760) in the 56 units of 28, 047 registered number of voters based on verified record available at our disposal as at the time of filing this report.

Instead of the ruling APC to bury its head in shame that INEC under her watch conducted the worst general election in the history of Nigeria, we had been reliably informed now that Adams Oshiomhole led National Working Committee of the ruling APC has issued a stern directive to INEC in Ondo State to declare Senator Yele Omogunwa of the APC winner of the slated Senatorial supplementary election in Ondo South despite the obvious that Nicholas Tofowomo of the PDP is already a clear winner of the said election based on the margins of win which is more than the number of 24,760 PVC collected in the affected units.

The whole world should know that on no condition must INEC return more than the 24,760 votes of PVC holders in these affected 56 units come Saturday.

Anything to the contrary will spark up avoidable crisis in Ondo State.

It is instructive to warn INEC not take our civility, patience and perseverance for granted.

The commission and its officials must not allow any desperate politician to use them against God who is capable of consuming anybody regardless of their status or position.

We shall not hesitate to take our destinies in our hands by resisting any further attempt by INEC and the ruling APC to subvert the wishes of the good people of Ondo-South.

President Buhari, the National Peace Committee, and the international community should as a matter of urgency, call the ruling APC to order while INEC be warned to act within its purview for the sake of the peace of our people.

Leave Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu Alone

In my own opinion, AA or no AA, there couldn’t have been how APC would have defeated PDP in Ondo South. What happened to APC also happened to PDP. If the likes of Eni Akinsola, Andrew Soga and others who joined ZLP before the general elections did not go, PDP votes across board will still be higher than what it is now.

I do not see how Kolade Akinjo, Ikengboju Gboluga and Nicholas Tofowomo would have lost the baton for those unpopular APC candidates in Ondo South.

APC got it all wrong by imposing candidates on members of their party instead of going through the rigorous process of electoral college where popular candidates would have emerged to the acceptance of their party members.

After all , the AA and the APC coupled with the ZLP, all voted for President Buhari, the APC presidential candidate in the election and still, they lost the presidential election in Ondo State.

Where is the fault of Aketi in all of these? Even those APC leaders who lost the presidential election in their various units are still castigating Aketi.

Does Aketi have another presidential candidate apart from president Buhari in the last election?

The truth is, when the PDP was busy campaigning and preparing for the election, the APC in Ondo State was busy planning to rig through ballot box snatching and votes buying which did not work out for them.

Let’s leave Governor Akeredolu alone and be truthful for once.

Dear good people of Ondo South,

This is to intimate you that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC ) will conduct supplementary election across the southern Senatorial district of Ondo-State on Saturday alongside State House of Assembly Election to formally conclude the Senatorial election of the district which was declared inconclusive last week by INEC.

In the official result declared so far by INEC, I scored 79,029 votes while my closest revival, Senator Yele Omogunwa polled 51,993 votes.

I am presently leading the incumbent Senator with a margin of 27,036 votes.

It may interest you and the general public to know that the number of cancelled units as officially released by INEC is 52 with 28, 047 number of registered voters in the affected areas.

We had reliably gathered that the number of permanent voters’ cards (PVC) collected in these affected areas are less down 20, 000. Though INEC will officially publish the number of PVC collected in the affected units on or before Tuesday next week.

It is necessary I update you with this information for you and the entire world to know this fact and take note of the above for record purposes as the supplementary election approaches.

While thanking you all for casting your votes for me enmass last week Sarturday, I wish to let you know that it is not yet over not until I am officially declared by INEC as the duly elected Senator of Ondo South in Ondo State.

There is no cause for alarm. Do not be despaired nor distracted. Let’s eschew violence and tolerate our neighbours regardless of our political differences. Don’t fight anyone even if they provoke you to anger.

The devices of the enemies had been frustrated already. We are winning this election and we are 101% sure of victory.

My ambition is God’s project enveloped by Divine Favour. I already put everything into the hands of God and we are all going to see God’s hands in everything by next week Saturday.

Why You Need To Vote Atiku Abubakar As President of Nigeria

Buhari is grossly incompetent to lead Nigeria. It is obvious the president is not physically and mentally fit to rule this country for another four years.

It is more annoying when people give credit to him over revival of our railway lines as part of his achievements and reason he needs to continue beyond 2015.

Revival of Railway project in Nigeria that some people are talking about wasn’t Buhari and the APC ‘s initiative but of the PDP.

The TSA, BVN, EFCC, ICPC, NHIS, NSCDC, Card Reader, PTDF, Abuja light rail project etc.. that got people talking today, are all the achievements of the PDP.

Mr Buhari and the APC led federal government has grounded our economy and thrown the future of Nigeria in bankruptcy. The future of this country is already in debt through excessive borrowing.

The high level of insecurity is unprecedented under this Buhari-APC led government. The overwhelming rate of impunity, and human right abuses cannot be overemphasised.

Buhari has eroded the unity of Nigeria with nepotism coupled with his hatred for other tribes. He is lawless and not even in charge of the affairs of government. He isn’t aware of most critical decisions being taken by his own administration.

He’s mentally imbalance and as such, he is being controlled by the cabals. It is those cabals who are contesting now because a vote for Buhari is a vote to retain the cabals to rule us for another four years.

Buhari and these cabals are those people who created the economic tyranny via the high dollar exchange rates which skyrocketed the prices of goods and services and made life unbearable for common Nigerians on the streets.

The Buhari-APC did not also fulfill their electoral promises while they denied some of them.

Where is the 3 million jobs they promised every year? Has one naira equalled one dollar? Where is the state and community policing they promised? Has fuel price reduced to N40? Have they banned public officer from seeking medical care abroad as promised? Where is the revival of Ajaokuta steel industry? Where is the business loan guarantee scheme for small scale businesses? Where is the establishment of Crime Squad to combat terrorism, kidnapping, armed robbery, militants, ethno-religious and communal clashes nationwide as promised by them?

I can go on and on to list their unfulfilled electoral promises or those they denied.

They came to increase our burden through the increase of taxes with fraudulent multiple taxes on our incomes and Bank Accounts.

They deceived us by jerking up pump price of fuel from 87 naira to 145 naira with promise to remove fuel subsidy when obviously fuel subsidy was never removed. Everything was a scam. Where lies their integrity?

They increased electricity tariffs by 40%. Prices of goods and services aren’t bearable by Nigerians over bad policies of government.

Buhari is a sectional president and not Nigeria president. We can’t afford to go to the next level of sectionalism, unprecedented level of poverty, and excruciating hunger which were all created by them.

Those N-power beneficiaries who are shouting sai baba because they felt they have already gotten a job can go ahead and vote for him if that is the kind of job their destinies require.

We can’t know Buhari more than his wife and children who all admitted that the president is not in charge.

Why voting for a third party when Buhari’s wife and children had hinted Nigerians that Baba is not in charge but the cabals.

Saturday’s election is not about personality or political party. It’s about rescuing Nigerians from the aged long dichotomy, nepotism, ethnic crisis, tribalism unleashed on us by the colonial master and refreshed by Buhari.

We are to support Atiku Abubakar, Candidate of the PDP and a patriotic Nigerian, not because he is a Messiah, but because he is a Godsent to put an end to herdsmen/farmers crisis, IPOB crisis, Niger delta crisis, unemployment, economic recession through restructuring of the country.

I do not see better ways to Solve all these lingering problems of Nigeria rather than restructuring of the country.

Hence , we must all go out enmass and vote Atiku for president. When doing that, remember to also vote all the candidates of the PDP on Saturday.

Nigeria Constitution May Be Suspended If Buhari Is Reelected

The high rate of impunity under president Muhammadu Buhari led federal government is not only high but on the highest side since the birth of democracy in Nigeria.

The 'rule of law' under the current administration of Buhari led APC was not only dead but has also been replaced by the 'Rule of Men.'

The independence of our judiciary was not only undermined but has also be jeopardised to the extent that the sanctity and the existence of our courts are being threatened and disrespected.

Under this current administration of Buhari, we have seen various cases of human rights violations by government agencies such as: Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), Department Of State Security Services (DSS), the Nigerian Police and many others.

We have seen where DSS and the EFCC refused to obey court orders. We have seen where EFCC detained accused persons in their custody beyond duration under the law without proper charges or trial .

We have watched our president on tape justifying why colonel Dasuki, the former National Security Adviser will not be admitted to bail despite court order from a competent court of the land. Not even another court order given by ECOWAS court was obeyed till date.

It is under this administration we have seen Fulani herdsmen raping our women, killing our people, destroying our farmlands, burning our houses without a single arrest and prosecution by the government, not even one clause of condemnation from any Presidential statement was notable.

Under Buhari, we have seen security agencies killing the citizens over peaceful protest. More than hundred members of Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) have been wasted in this country over peaceful protest. The case of Shiite Muslims in the north where hundreds of their members were consistently wasted by security agencies over peaceful assembly is still very fresh in our memory.

Under Buhari, we have seen thousands of Boko haram suspects being released without trial. It is under thesame regime a murder suspect who was alleged to have killed an evangelist of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in cold blood was released by the police without any trial.

Security agencies have become an instrument of intimidation, harassment, molestation, witch-hunting and oppression.

Buhari's administration has gagged the press, silenced Civil Society Organisations with high level of intolerance displayed against Nigerians.

Criticism is not allowed under a government that was democratically elected. And yet, some people still want him for second term despite the obvious impunity, economic failures, disunity, nepotism, insecurity, poverty, human Rights abuses, and unprecedented hardships created by Buhari and his party.

Till now, Deji Adeyanju remain in police custody for exercising his fundamental human rights of expression. They did not release him and the government engrossed in abuse of court processes to prevent him from getting any judicial bail.

Senator Dino Melaye is another Nigerian they maltreated, dehumanised, publicly disgraced, just because he is fearless and remain the voice of the voiceless masses.

Presently, we have been inundated of their fresh plans to begin the arrest of bloggers, journalists, social media users, who are against the reelection of a man who cannot debate nor mentally fit to campaign for his own reelection.

We are already aware of their plans to cause troubles and foment crisis in every PDP state rally especially in south west due to their loss of popularity, credibility and support of the Nigerian masses for the second term bid of Buhari.

I dare say, that, If Buhari is reelected for second term, Nigeria should expect worst. The constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria might be suspended.

The forth coming general election is our only opportunity to fight for justice, freedom, liberty and survival of our sinking democracy.

Tofowomo Promises Interest Free Loans To Business Communities In Ondo South If Elected Senator

Hopes were restored yesterday for traders in the business communities of Ondo South as the Senatorial Candidate of the People's Democratic Party ( PDP), Otunba Nicholas Tofowomo, promised to establish a revolving interest free loan schemes for traders if elected next Senator of the Senatorial District ahead of the forthcoming general elections.

Tofowomo gave this promise yesterday at Ore business community following his endorsement at an interactive meeting held with traders' union, widows and single mothers.

Addressing the women on behalf of Tofowomo, Hon. Banji Okunomo, Director-General of Tofowomo Campaign Organisation, said the loan schemes will be revolving and interest free.

He said the electorates cannot get any desired change if their representatives keep doing things the old ways.

"Tofowomo has promised to make a difference. He is determined to make a paradigm shift from the old ways of doing things. He will establish a revolving and interest free loan scheme to empower all the traders in our business communities under Ondo South.

"The loan is not going to be a meager amount like the APC traders' money scheme being used for votes buying across Nigeria. The only responsibility you have now is to go and register a cooperative and issue membership cards to all your members.

"The loan will only be disbursed to the cooperative account where the executives body will handle the disbursement to members base on the capacity of their businesses with verifiable source of repayment.

"It is a revolving loan scheme. You must trade with the money. When you do, you already generate daily, weekly or monthly transactions as your source of repayment because it is a loan that must be paid back to allow others to have access to it. " Okunomo told the people.

Reacting to the new development, Mrs Shileola Akingbola, president of Traders Union in Ore, promised to mobilise massive support for Tofowomo and all the candidates of the PDP ahead of the general election.

Akingbola however advised Tofowomo not to renege on any of his promises when elected next Senator of Ondo South.

She described the APC's administration as a monumental failure, a party of hunger which must not be allowed beyond 2019 if Nigeria must not collapse totally.

Celebration of Christmas is not traceable to any portion of the Bible and as such, it’s obvious that Christmas celebration is not biblical.

People across the world celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December, thinking and believing it is the day of birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. But this is far from the truth.

Jesus Christ was not born on the 25th of December and His birth couldn’t have fallen into the Month of December. Jesus Christ was born in the country of Israel and Bible recorded that he was born at a time the shepherds were abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.” (Luke 2:

The Bible says at a time the shepherds were “abiding in the field,” which revealed that our “Lord Jesus Christ” was born during the summer period in Israel and not during the winter (which is rainy season). Shepherd couldn’t have abided in the field during winter and keep watch over their flocks in the open field even at night.

Don’t forget that in Israel, Winter starts in October-November and ends in March while
April-May is regarded as Spring and June to September is the summer period. So, Jesus was not even born in the month of December and unfortunately, His true date of birth remain a mystery as God did not reveal to anyone neither does the scripture capture His exact date of birth. Though, Christ was born during the reign of King Herod which is not December period. By biblical account, Christ was born between June -September.

But since December 25th was not the date of birth of Jesus Christ, where did this festival associated with the birth of Jesus Christ on 25th of December emanated from?

Dear Ondo South,

I initiated and submitted a master plan to the Federal Government for the creation of Alape Sea Port in the riverine area under Ilaje LGA of Ondo State and this was approved by the Federal Government before the end of my tenure in office as former commissioner for Transport in Ondo State.

This Project which is still in pipeline was officially handed over to APC- led Administration by me in Ondo State to follow up towards implementation when governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu took over.

Findings have shown that ever since I left office, there is no one following up with the Federal Government on the implementation of this project.

If elected as the next Senator of Ondo South under the PDP in 2019, I promise to advocate for the implementation of this project without further delay.

It is my baby. I started it and it won't be difficult for me to advocate for the implementation if I have the mandate of my people in Ondo South to proceed to the red chamber of the National Assembly.
