my edd was 13th October according to scan cos I did not know my LMP this pregnancy came with its own package
severe morning sickness extreme weakness dehydration depression anger
fast forward to second trimester I was still feeling weak no honey moon bla bla bla lolll thank God for my husband and my girl very supportive I will throw up till only air will remain in my tummy and still I will throw up
third trimester came with full energy, I became myself again till I entered 37 weak I was seriously hoping to give birth 2 weeks before time but *mother proposes and baby disposes*
39 weeks I dragged myself for antenatal after trek and fruits and feeling strong contractions that will stop suddenly
doc advised inducement cos baby was healthy and all that I was tired bu5 really scared so I ran away from the inducement and waited till my edd |

is it true that as a pregnant woman one should not sleep in the same bed with ur kids that if u do they fall sick anyhow and sometimes it can be fatal I've been sleeping with my almost 2 year old child and ive taken her to the hospital twice with the space of a week due to high fever
the first question a mother asked me was that do I sleep at night with the child and that if that's the case I should stop it that that is what is affecting her health pls has any mother here experience d it or have any idea
thank you for ur ever support |

Tojued: 1a. List the types of water Pure water Bottled water Dispenser water Boiled water Tap/water board water Rain water Well water Meruwa water
1b. Define mai ruwa water Mai ruwa water is thé water (ruwa) that is fetched by the water man (mai ruwa).
He fetches plenty water from a place we don't know into plenty jericans which he then pushes about from place to place for people to buy.
Please you people should score me! loollll |

babythug: It's basically for this period that she's reduced peeing! The weather is hot now so we must ensure she doesn't get dehydrated! Maybe after meals you can top up with a few mls of water even if just 5ml or less sef
Happy to help thank you MA,i"ll try that, though yesterday I drank a lot of fluid and noticed her diaper was not as dry as befor |

AlphaHandMaiden: It may be nothing to worry about. But i will always say no matter how frivolous you may sound, there is no harm in having her see a doctor.
If she sleep throughout the night it is not unusual for babies not to pee while sleeping and then they do so when they wake. But since it happens during the day as well, i dont know what could make her pee so infrequently.
Is she otherwise active and alert?, and not showing any signs of dehydration? Any changes in her behaivour- clingyness, crying more than normal since the pee strike?
If no, It could be her system adjusting, or a growth spurt - - wierd things happen when babies have growth spurts?
Maybe you could give her some water inbetween her feeds. Like 30ml like 2 or 3 times a day and see if the pee situation changes.
If you are still uncomfortable, as i said before abeg go and see your peadiatrician to assess her.
Good luck. thank you so much MA for ur response she is very alert,a little bit restless, she wakes up at night sometimes up to six times to feed, but she is very active and playful during the day thank you ma |

babythug: Sorry I'm just responding been a long day here!!!
A dry diaper isn't too good at her Age. Increase your milk supply with more fluids and eating better. Ensure you drink At least 2 liters of water then add pap, kunu and milo . A few spoons of our i.e. Locust beans also helps!
You can also give her some clean water in case she's getting dehydrated and we can't tell thank you ma for ur response,i really appreciate ..pls when do I give water as I'm doing EBF |

It's well wit us all. good afternoon mama's... congratulations to all that have offloaded, the Lord is ur muscle in this new level.... this happened to me after the second ttc...dint know why and what caused it till u spoke abt it and I went bk in time and noticed mine starter right in the week of my second ttc severe itching which won't stop except on its own, it still happens but very mildly , I dint apply anything I guess it goes on its own. I complained to the doc and he gave me a cream for eczema but I don't have eczema, I don't even have rashes so I don't use the cream, so far the severe itching has stopped, its just very mild once in a while, I hope this helps .... |

tmama2: My Birth Story...
On monday 29th Feb 2016, I went for antenatal, and the gyneacologist asked me to choose a date for Elective CS, he claimed the hosp policy does not allow vaginal delivery of multiples (He has been saying this since i registered for antenatal at 12weeks) but i refused to sign for a date. I already registered with another hospital so i was having my antenatals at both hospitals. I have being praying to God for a natural birth since i knew i was carrying twins and as at then, one was head down n the other breech but i knew God will perfect my delivery. I and my mum decided to do prayers for 3 nights (we did it only for 2nights cos i delivered the 3rd night)
On Wednesday march 2nd, i went to the market to get some items, got home and ate semo with ewedu (i actually drank d ewedu like water as advised by the matron). I went to bed at 9pm and was woken by a strong pain after 15mins infact , i thot the breech baby wanted to turn, after 5mins or even less i had another pain, i went to use the toilet. By the time the 3rd one came i felt as if sometin was coming out of me. I was confused, hubby was in abuja. I had only my househelp and first daughter at home. Immediately i called my mum on phone to meet me at the hosp also called my bike man to come pick me. By the time i got to the hosp entrance i felt some tin was in between my legs and i cud not walk again. I screamed and the nurse came to take me in while warning me not to push. Meanwile i planned to take my bag to the hospital that day just in case labour comes any time but did not get someone to assist as hubby was not around. So i went to the hosp without any tin. I was quickly rushed to the labour room, lo and behold, the Taiwo which was breech had already brot out one leg, before i knew it, the nurse bursted the sac, asked me to pushed and i delivered her breech (she did not tell me until after delivery and besides scan showed that it's d second twin that was breech). She weighed 2.8kg Remember, no hospital bag available, they were just running up and down. They had to use my mum's scarf to cover Taiwo. Contractions started again almost Immediately and i pushed 2ce and kehinde (3kg) came out after 7mins. Every tin just happened like a flash, the time frame between leaving d aus and delivery was not more than 30mins. No tear, no episotomy. I bless God for his faithfulness, he answers prayers. I never had any contractions that day just the normal braxton hicks which had been there since wen i was 20weeks, i also had diarrhea evryday for like 2weeks not knowing my body has been preparing for d day, It is just God
I apologise for the long story. I wish other mums safe delivery
#teammarchforsupernaturaldelivery I've read your story like 5 times now.... big congratulations and thank God for easy, safe delivery |

rezzy: Birth story
On Monday 29th of February, dh woke me up to settle some misunderstanding. I told him the previous night that I wasn't interested in the naming ceremony clothes again since he said it's going to be parlour things. So after much begging, I sha agreed to send a friend to buy us the clothes. He started disturbing for s£X, I refused because I heard it might lead to labour. He began his preaching., that since I'm refusing, it means i am still angry, so I kukuma gave in.
Dh left for work at 4:10am, Around 5:30am, I began to have contraction, (Humm, con see fear for my eyes, today of days 29th) it wasn't so painful but I wasn't able to move my legs. So I prepared for work. I got to work around 8, teachers were like madam, you never drop?
The contraction was coming and going but I didn't monitor the minutes apart. As I sat down in the class, my water broke, I asked a pupil to get me my baby's wrapper from the creche. I tied it and waited for some time. I packed my things, food and phones and went home.
I got home, packed baby's things and hospital list. Then, straight to the hospital. As I got there at 11:30 am, I told them, my water has broken. Immediately, I was taken to the labour room. The nurse on duty shaved me and (can't remember what she called it) put that pipe in my anus so that I can poo. Come and see poo of life.
A doctor came to check me and said I was 7cm. I was happy. After that check, the pains became unbearable. I tried using mouth to breathe, e no let me, I began to shout, then when it has relieved me, I will smile and say Na WA.
The checking became so frequent and the pain intensified. I started shouting for the nurse to come o. The MD heard my voice, he came and checked me. He told them, if I came here 1hr ago and was 7cm, I should have given birth. He told me to put when the contraction comes again. When he left, the nurses and doctor con begin gossip say, if there is complications, he will blame them, that I shouldn't push until they tell me.
I was given drip to help dilate fast. Thirty minutes later, I was fully dilated, so I was encouraged to push, I started pushing, but baby refused to come. The MD came and said the baby has not crowned , he began to push my tummy and used his fingers to touch my tummy because I was no longer having contraction. After so many pushes , the doctor brought out scissors to give me tears, I begged him not to, he said it's to help the situation.
The pushing began again, the MD con dey shout Jesus Jesus, I pushed with all my power even though I was very tired. My baby came out with his cord around his neck at exactly 1:41pm, weighing 3.1kg, the MD quickly cut it off. He didn't cry even with enough slapping, so he was placed on a machine, still he didn't cry.
I began to speak God's Word to him o. He started turning blue and was placed on Oxygen. All the while I was been stitched, my baby was just making one tiny noise like that and sneezing too.
Before I left the labour room to the ward, he cried once and I was happy. The nurses checked on him every 30 mins and when they come, they beat him till he crys nd I noticed he was been beaten on a particular hand.
A nurse said it affected his right hand but the hand is okay now. I pray it's really okay o.
In all, I thank God I'm alive and my son is alive. His name is Kikiniyanuoluwa. Others names are still loading.
thank God for this great testimony.... wow very handsome boy, congratulations dear |
