BusinessRe: What's That One Financial Mistake You Think Young People Make Today? . by Nice2023(m): 8:42pm On Jul 11, 2025
Not learning financial management as early as 15.

Navigating this life with a poverty mindset they inherited from their parents.

And lastly, not reading books at all.
FamilyRe: How To Know That Your Parents Failed Or Never Loved You From Day 1 by Nice2023(m):
My dad was very hard but he provided us everything.

I mean every thing as far as his income could carry.

He used to pay our school fees very early, provided food for us and made sure we eat on or before 8 am everyday till we became teenagers.

My dad chai may God continue to bless him for me. He has Retired now but I treasure his sense of family care and his ability to care of us.

He never failed us.

PoliticsRe: Video: Northerners Youths Tells Bola Tinubu That He Will Not Live To See 2027 by Nice2023(m):
Anyone talking about electiong Tinubu come 2027 is a fool.

That person truly hates himself and Nigeria.

Tinubu is not fit to be any country's president. Haven't u wonder why America is avoiding him, they have his records of drugs and can't have anything to do with him.
He is simply a bad luck to every living things in this Country.

He crippled the economy, crippled the living standards of most households, less concern about the income of workers and has destroyed our image internationally with his past drug related dealings.

the prison part got me laughing so hard😂😂😂

You sound so sure and certain....in this country? grin grin
When Obasanjo told Bode Grorge that all he sees around him was prison.

What happened.

After Obasanjo's regime,he eventually went to prison and back.

I don't see Wike escaping prison...he has fought even those who could beg on his behalf such as The Peter Odili's and the Patient Jonathan's of this world.
PoliticsRe: We Are Rebuilding Trust Across Nigeria – Tinubu by Nice2023(m): 11:37am On Jul 06, 2025

AgricultureRe: Meet The Man That Established The Largest Grape Farm In Kaduna State (Video) by Nice2023(m):
Nazgul:
That grape farmer isn't being honest. How can you invest 1m in grape farming and get 7m after one year? That's about 700% profit.

If this was true, believe me the whole Nigerian populace would go into grape farming.

It's lucrative quite alright but you cannot invest 1m and get 7m in just a year.
Why do u guys doubt everything even when u don't know the secret behind that business.

The major thing there is,the secret in every business can never be exposed until u decide to learn from the masters such as this one.

PoliticsStop priotizing loyalty over accountability. by Nice2023(op):
As a graduate, you're supporting suffering because of tribal affiliations, without realizing the long-term impact on yourself.

The job market has become a pay-to-play system, leaving many young people, especially graduates, struggling to find opportunities.

Families are struggling financially, and some are on the brink of collapse. Many women are resorting to desperate measures to survive. It's heartbreaking to see educated individuals, like a former banker, reduced to begging or selling second-hand clothes just to make ends meet.

The government's response to alleviate suffering has been inadequate, and the consequences of inaction will be severe.

Future retirees will face unprecedented challenges due to the skyrocketing cost of living.

Prioritizing personal economic progress over collective well-being may yield short-term gains, but it can have devastating long-term effects.

Election has consequence.

How can a civil servant afford this...
.you increase your prices due to what I don't know but civil servant salary is still a mess...

Civil service is now a scammed organization.
They are now the poorest employee, especially government workers. It's too bad that they can't level their peers in other countries.
My salary can't take me to office for a half month. And I can't use my side income to supplement it never.

PoliticsRe: When Will Tinubu Policies Start Taking Effects by Nice2023(m): 10:42am On Apr 25, 2025
It has started taking effect already.

The increase in poverty is part of it.

The projection that more people wound become poor in 2027 is another gain from the reform.

In fact, the reforms is now deforming people.

But it's possible they are working from home....A cousin of mine who is a digital marketer never leaves his apartment unless if he's going for shopping on weekend.
I don't dispute that but to be honest,my landlord came last December to warn one of them, telling him that he doesn't want a yahoo guy in his house.

The number of young men and women into all sorts of vice is by far higher in today society than it used to.

A different level of clientele, never did this but, some that I know are often by retiring or retired artisans and some use diabolical means for eviction.

At times one wonders if treasury bills are not better. The capital/land appreciation and having a diversified portfolio is the main consideration.

One has a society of yahoo yahoo, conmen, and 419 this mindset filters into their everyday dealings.

If I had to do it again not in Nigeria.
I and my wife spoke at length about this issue of landlords and cost of running and maintaining their houses. In fact, investing the money else where is far better and rewarding than building house.

Like this morning, some police men have come around to arrest some guys in my flat but they evaded this morning.

I suspect that my neighbour to be a yahoo guy...they are about 4 of them in different flats, they hardly go out often and I mean, these are things landlords tend to bear.

I rather build to live in save myself of wahala.

Hmm, is this what landlords go through?

I am rethinking building a tenement house.
PoliticsRe: Will An Average Youth Be Able To Use A Car In Nigeria?? by Nice2023(m): 9:19am On Apr 22, 2025
When some people say the reform is working I just laugh.

What is reform when the people can't eat, can't buy necessities,I mean things that aid life?

See the car that we were buying for for 1million before now go to 10million is that not evil?

I bought this car for my wife from America just after Covid 19 for #2,270,000 both buying, shipping clearing and delivering it to Abuja. That was under Buhari.

See where we are today.
We are like orphans too bad.
PoliticsRe: Why Northern Political Forces May Be Turning Against Tinubu Ahead Of 2027 by Nice2023(m): 1:40pm On Apr 21, 2025
AMINDA:
Fear, is that you? Northerners are not cowards. If they are for you, they do so wholeheartedly. If they are against you, they go all out. Northerners will largely not support Tinubu in 2027 and heaven will not fall. And if heaven falls, then so be it!

How has Tinubu treated the North and even Northerners like Elrufai who went all out, staking everything to support him in 2023? Shettima is next in line to be used and dumped while Kwankwaso is now the new bride. Well, Kwankwaso is not a fool. Tinubu thinks he can rubbish respected Northern leaders without consequences? Well, he's grossly mistaken! Barring rigging (which will be resisted) and other shady practices like infiltrating other political parties to prevent them from fielding candidates, there's no pathway to Tinubu's re-election.
God bless u for speaking the truth.

E go shock them all.
