There are so many modern options that could be offered to you depending on the defect among wich are cochlear implants etc on the other hand aslo try to build more confidence in approaching ladies, be bold and courageous, that matters alot i tell. In us, some years back, when a rapper, kanye west released a song, jesus walks, he was told that such a song portraying blatant declaration of faith wont make it in the music world and told to withdraw it, but he didnt. It became one of his most successful song ever and topped so many charts.
