I am a Geography Teacher with a Bachelors Degree in Geography and Planning. I am also a Geography WAEC Examiner (I mark Geography WAEC Exams).

This first term that started last month, I decided to go back to my passion which is teaching after a very long haitus, I sent my CV to a School Owner who was recruiting for a Geography Teacher.

Look at what the man was asking me to do.

He wants me to teach Geography along with 2 core science subjects which are Biology and Chemistry.

And he refused to state the pay.

Making it 3 Core Science Subjects. Yet hiding the pay.

No shame.

Any school that will use you, na from chat u go first know.

Some School Owners are Sadists in human form.

How do u want such Teachers to give their best in such over worked conditions?

Some School Owners will use you and use you till ur eyes fall out.

Teachers shine your eyes.

This is the problem with the Nigerian Educational system today.

I wish the government can close down some private schools.

I dont live in the UK I live in the states but like I said if I am wrong then you can correct me anytime any day all good.
But for what I know is that the UK you being in the UK living there you must pay taxes and please can you tell me or the rest of us reading this what NI means so we know??

No it's will not. Firstly it wont be easy for you to find a job just that quick and when you finally luckily do find one as an international student working 20hrs a week, after taxes, you will be left with bread crumbs. Mind you, the UK taxing system is one of the highest. So after pay that money wont be able to cover you house rent monthly talk more feeding before you come to paying your tuition fees.
Living abroad sometimes you need to be informed before you take that leap. Unless you have additional monthly source of income, it wont work. And please dont go work extra because if you get caught you just violated your student visa agreement and as such, you are liable for deportation.
Please get all the information you need before you make that final decision. Wish you all the best

I also read somewhere on the telegram group where someone said if one can pay the complete Tution fee for the first year from Nigeria, then the person can use the 20hrs work to raise the remaining £17,000 for the second year. That means the person will have 2 years to start working towards raising that from the moment they land in UK and get a job.
What do u think about this saying?

So am in a Telegram group where someone asked this this question.

"I want to study for a 2-year Master Degree in UK. Tution Fee is £17,000 per year. Meaning that I will pay £34,000 for the entire 2 years MSC course.
If I pay Tution deposit of £4000 from Nigeria for the first year, can I use 20hrs -per-week work to raise the remaining £13,000 for first year and also pay for the second year?
I need advice. "

Most Nigerians in UK started commenting say it is very possible to do it.

A guy said the person can secretly work more than 20hrs per week. That they will not catch the person.

They were telling the person to go ahead.
