My dear. It has not been easy.
They are my Uncle's (They are brothers. Both siblings to my mum).

Well, the one in his Fifty's managed to buy a Land in Nigeria in 2020. But when he was brought back in 2022, we had to sell the land to raise money for his treatment here.

Apparently he never owned a house in USA. He bought a house in USA early that 2022 but they said he was paying something like mortgage for the house so it was not really his own. They took it back when he fell sick. He came back with Nothing. It's very sad.

As for my other Uncle. The one in his sixty's. His wife is using her health insurance to treat him so far. Does he have any property in his name is what I don't know of. But I know that the wife has a land she bought in her name in Nigeria some years back.

Hmmm...the matter tire me.

This ordeal has made me see life in a whole new light.

I'm drained. Both physically, psychologically, financially and emotionally.

Sometimes I look at my Uncle's USA Passport and I ask myself...

"What's now the point of it all?"

USA is not a good place to live in.

How can you say this person is being herself on the show.

1) Why didn't you just go for BSC Nursing straight?
Why did you decide to take this route knowing that you will still have to go back to get a Bachelors?

2) How did you become a Green Card Holder?

3) How much was your Tution fee for this Associate in a Community College?
Were you paying per semester or per year?

4) Was it a Full-time program or Partime you did?
Were you also working and schooling?

5) I don't like USA.
Why?
2 of my Uncle's (they are brothers) who lived in USA for over 20 years are suffering today.
How?
One in his Fifty's and the other in his Sixty's fell terribly sick
The one in his Fifty's (divorced) was brought back to Nigeria becos he had no health insurance for treatment.
The other is his Sixty's fell sick too
Got laid off.
No Health insurance too.
Both are USA Citizens o.

The wife of the one in his Sixty's is currently using her health insurance for him. It's just sad and heart breaking.
We are trying to manage the health of the one currently in Nigeria.

As I dey like this, I don turn to by force CAREGIVER for him. There is no caregiving duty I can't perform. That's why I've picked interest in Nursing. It's not easy mehn. It's tiring and draining.

But USA is not good. This my Uncle brought back due to sickness was a man I watched as a very little boy travel to USA to meet his older brother who worked it for him to go over there.

Infact, because of them I always dreamt of travelling to USA. USA was my childhood dream even till my University days.
Now both of them are battling chronic sickness going to 3 years now.

That dream of me traveling and living in USA has turned to a big nightmare which I dread daily. I fear USA now.

This year's Big Brother show is becoming too toxic for my liking.
I am becoming to dislike it with everything in me.
What I witnessed last night was uncalled for.

Every day QUARREL...
Every day QUARREL...
Every day QUARREL...

The show has become too NOISY.

They quarrelled becos of food last night.

Kaybobo and Victory QUARRELED becos of fish that they will chop now and shit out in the morning.
Why?
Little matter that they will over look outside, these guys will escalate it as if their whole life depends on it.

This Big Brother Show has painted a narrative that for you to thrive and be successful on such a show, you need to be QUARRELSOME.

Why?

The show started. Ladies came in on a Saturday. Guys came in on a Sunday. By Tuesday, we witnessed the first quarrel between MENSAN and KAYBOBO over something that they will both overlook as guys if they are outside. It ended in unnecessary shouting, screaming and crying from Mr Macho just becos someone called him a Bully. I'm just tired.

You will see that these guys came prepared for QUARREL.

That IMISI girl wants to play CeeCee script in the show. It's already becoming too obvious.

Quarreling has become a strong Strategy to win.

And I blame past graduates of the show like T-Boss, CeeCee, Tacha, Kloe (but she later calmed down after getting evicted and being brought back into the show weeks later).

These ladies started this narrative that is being incorporated by every one that goes into the show and guess's what? They all made it to the finale or atleast 1 week to the finale.

What are the Organisers promoting?

Check it, how many of these ladies I mentioned who were quarrelsome and toxic in their season are married today?

These guys have given the impression that if you are not quarrelsome, you will not make it far in the show.

Everyday Violence...

Everyday Violence...

This should not be so.

We can't even learn anything positive from the show.

The intelligent ones, they shut dem down.
The violent ones, they give more screen time.

No wonder there is a lot of Violence in the land.

Watching such quarrel and noisy is already draining me.

Big Brother is just promoting bad behavior.

They are giving the younger generation and those hoping to apply for the show in future the mindset that you need to be very Quarrelsome and Toxic to thrive in the show.

Sometimes I wonder, what am I learning from the show?

Nothing positive to learn.
