While this is true for a particular course or department, it is not a general concern.
Some courses are flexible and the lecturers allow you to align it to your availability.

Mind you, you are doing a postgraduate course and you should be able to work with less supervision different from the undergrad modality. Absenteeism is frowned at but not so rigid generally.

Not just a particular course.

Randomly walk into to any department at the University of Lagos and ask for their Postgraduate (Full-Time) Class Time-Table.

If u are a working class and are thinking of doing Postgraduate in Unilag either PGD, Masters etc and u requested for Full-Time, think twice now before it's too late.

THIS IS THE FULL TIME CLASS TIME-TABLE OF A PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT AT UNILAG (WON'T MENTION NAME) WHICH I SAW LAST YEAR.

MONDAY...8am-10am, 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm.
TUESDAY...8am-10am, 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm.
WEDNESDAY...8am-10am, 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm.
THURSDAY....8am-10am, 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm.
FRIDAY....8am-10am, 10am-12noon, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm.

Most Unilag Lecturers don't joke with Class Attendance and they no dey hear...excuse me sir or please.
